Why Fruma Weiss chose to be in the helping profession

I have always cared deeply about what we carry inside. So many people are functioning and giving, taking care of business as usual, raising families and showing up every day while quietly holding stress, hurt, disappointment, or old emotional weight that no one sees. I truly believe that this inner turmoil can be released, that its impact can be greatly diminished, and in many cases even fully resolved. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible when we gently and respectfully address what has been sitting beneath the surface.

In my own life, I saw clearly how unresolved emotions affected my friendships, my connection to myself, my health, and my overall habits. I continue to witness how emotional pressure can shape relationships, parenting, self confidence, self regulation, and a person’s sense of inner steadiness. This is what drew me to create a space where real healing can happen in a calm, respectful, Torah aligned way. In my practice I remain continually fascinated by how deeply impactful this work can be while still being so gentle and non invasive. I have seen the benefits in my own life and in the lives of those closest to me, and I feel truly grateful to be able to offer this to others.

For me, this is not just a profession. It is a genuine privilege to sit with someone and help them discover and gently release what has been weighing on them.

Fruma Weiss's approach

My approach gently blends Emotion Code with Body Code to support work that is both precise and effective. Many people are surprised by how powerful this process can be while still feeling simple and completely non invasive. I aim to keep the experience calm, respectful, and grounded so that the work unfolds in a way that feels natural and supportive. Each session is guided with care and attentiveness to what your system is ready for.

For some clients, integrating coaching becomes an important part of the process, because healing is not only about releasing what is stuck. It is also about learning how to live differently moving forward. I strongly believe in every person’s ability to hear and feel themselves more clearly, to process their emotions, and to thoughtfully choose which feelings can be channeled into positive action and which can simply be acknowledged and allowed to pass. Together, we look at real life situations such as relationships, stress, boundaries, and self trust, and we create practical, doable steps that feel realistic in everyday life.

There is never a rush in this work. We move only at a pace that feels safe and grounded for you. I am not here to fix you. My role is simply to help you access the clarity, calm, and inner strength that are already within you.

What you can expect from sessions with Fruma Weiss

While expectations can sometimes become the very obstacle to growth, I do want you to know that meaningful positive shifts often do happen, and at times even a dramatic sense of inner relief. At the same time, my primary goal is for you to feel truly understood. I strive to offer a space that feels warm, safe, and completely free of judgment, together with as much wisdom and sensitivity as I can bring with the help of Heaven. This work is meant to support you, not pressure you.

Our sessions are gentle and collaborative. We usually begin with whatever feels most present or pressing for you, and from there we use Emotion Code or Body Code techniques to help clear what may be contributing beneath the surface. When it is helpful, we weave in coaching so you leave not only feeling lighter, but also clearer, steadier, and more equipped for real life. Many clients share that they feel more peaceful, more grounded, less drained and reactive, and more energized and in tune with themselves and others after our work together.

I believe that greater harmony within your inner world directly supports your ability to both contribute to and experience more beauty in the world around you. You never have to share more than feels comfortable, and we will only go as deep as you want to go. This process always moves with your readiness and your pace.

Fruma Weiss's experience working with the Jewish community

I grew up as the daughter of a Rabbi, and although it came with its challenges at times, it gave me a unique window into the lives of many different kinds of people. From a young age, I was exposed to individuals and families from all walks of life, each carrying their own questions, struggles, and hopes. Despite the harder parts of my childhood, this aspect was always a highlight for me. I genuinely looked forward to connecting with people, understanding their stories, hearing their concerns, and learning from both their struggles and their accomplishments. It is something that shaped me deeply and continues to guide the way I show up in my work today.

I work primarily within the Jewish community because I understand the values and sensitivities that shape our lives. Clients often share their relief at not needing to translate or explain cultural nuances, which allows us to move more quickly into meaningful work. I remain mindful of Torah values, halachic considerations, and the deep importance of discretion and trust in this process. My goal is always to support and strengthen individuals and families in a way that feels fully aligned with their Jewish identity.

I strongly believe that emotional healing is deeply connected to spiritual growth. When we gently clear what is weighing on the heart, it often creates more space for clarity, connection, and purposeful living.

Fruma Weiss's Book Recommendation Zone

  • The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code introduces the idea that unresolved emotional experiences can become "trapped" in the body and contribute to physical discomfort and emotional distress. The book explains a method for identifying and releasing these trapped emotions using muscle testing and intention. It presents a holistic approach to healing, emphasizing the connection between emotional well-being and physical health in a simple, accessible way.
  • Your Awesome Self by Shterna Ginsburg
Your Awesome Self is an amazingly practical, uplifting self-help guide designed especially well. It offers simple, relatable tools to build confidence, manage anxiety, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier thinking patterns. I loved how the book combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with reflective exercises to help readers better understand themselves and step more fully into their strengths.
  • The Body Keeps the Score
The Body Keeps the Score is a pretty famous book for good reason. It explores how trauma impacts both the brain and the body, often long after the original experience has passed. Drawing on decades of clinical research, it explains how underlying traumatic stress can shape emotions, relationships, and physical health. I love that its not just raising awareness of big problems but also teaches about a range of healing approaches from talk therapy to body-based interventions that help people restore a sense of safety, connection, and wholeness.
  • Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself
This is a fun, and very eye opening book. If I didn't know better, I might think its an english translation of Torah wisdom. Dr Dispenza explores how most of life (even material things) are affected by our thoughts, emotions, and repeated patterns. These shape our identity and even phsyical daily experiences. Blending neuroscience, psychology, and practical exercises, the book explains how becoming aware of subconscious habits can open the door to meaningful change. I love how he describes the "body-mind" because I know how emotional release really helps to have the mind and body in sync to then be able to think, feel and be who you really want to be. You. :)

What people have to say about working with me:

  • "Fruma was punctual and so welcoming that it was easy to get started with our session. She invited me to discuss any issue that I’ve been having a hard time with and she immediately was able to find the root of where it was coming from and release those emotions. I feel so much more at peace already and can’t wait to continue seeing improvement! Highly recommend."

  • "Moshe was experiencing difficulties during his bedtime. He was very restless and physically uncomfortable. During an Emotion Code session we discovered that one of his meridians were off. The trapped emotion was related to emotions of frustration and shame from being bullied by some other kids. Once the energy was released I noticed that Baruch Hashem his bedtime routine was back to normal."

  • "I've experienced an emotion code session with Fruma, and it was really helpful in pinpointing the trapped emotions that arise from time to time. Fruma was able to help heal those emotions, giving way for healthier reactions to everyday circumstances that arise. I highly recommend Fruma's professional, caring approach."

  • "My son started 'seeing' images at night after he watched a very child friendly video . He was very afraid of these images and I felt helpless. This was going on for quite a while when I heard about Emotion Code I decided to reach to Fruma. She was able to identify the trapped emotions and get rid of them. That night when he went to sleep he looked up at the ceiling and with an expression of disbelief and relief he said 'the images are gone!'"

  • "For many summers my son had crazy phobia about going swimming in a camp pool. He would have panic attacks about the thought of even being at the pool even if he didn’t have to swim. In an Emotion Code session we were able to uncover a trapped emotion where Fruma was able to figure out that at age 4 he was physically pushed by a lifeguard into the pool, causing his trauma and fear of camp swimming. After releasing the trapped energy he was carrying for 3 summers he miraculously one day decided to give the camp pool a try. Nothing made me more of a believer in Fruma’s amazing work than seeing my son enjoying swimming in camp. Even if it was on the last day of summer camp!! BH he now looks forward to that activity."
