Verification Icon:
The verification icon, denoted as "Verified Pro," signifies that the professional meets or exceeds OKclarity's verification guidelines at the time of joining the platform.Removal of Verification and Professional Page:
OKclarity retains the right to remove the verification icon and/or the professional's web page from OKclarity.com if the professional fails to meet OKclarity's requirements during their membership or if OKclarity introduces new guidelines that the professional fails to comply with promptly.
Membership Funds:
In the event of non-compliance with OKclarity's standards during membership, OKclarity is not obligated to return full or prorated membership funds. Professionals are bound by this agreement to comply with OKclarity's standards at the time of joining and throughout their membership.
Professional Monthly Rates:
The professional monthly rates are fixed for one year from the time of onboarding.
Initial Fee and Refunds:
The initial fee charged to professionals covers setup and onboarding services and is non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Cancellation of Monthly Memberships:
Professionals may terminate their billing subscription by submitting a written request at least 10 days prior to the upcoming billing date. Please note that there will be no refunds for the initial setup fee or any prior month's membership fees.
Upon cancellation, the professional's listing will remain visible on the platform but will lose its verification status, and access to their listing will be restricted.
Any leads generated after the cancellation will be extended to the professional on a lead-to-lead basis, with an option for the professional to pay for each lead.
Failure to respond to and remit payment for a lead within 24 hours will prompt the platform to assist the client in locating an alternative service provider.
If professionals desire complete removal from the platform, they must submit a direct written request for such removal.
Unverification and Removal from the Platform:
"Unverified" refers to the status where a professional no longer holds the "Verified Pro" designation due to not meeting OKclarity's guidelines or other specified reasons.
OKclarity reserves the right to unverify and/or remove professionals from the platform at its discretion. This may occur if professionals promote dietary restrictions, employ methods that are no longer legal (e.g., conversion therapy), or are involved in any reported abuse or professional misconduct, among other reasons.
Billing and Refunds for Unverified or Removed Professionals:
Professionals who are unverified and/or removed from the platform will no longer be billed, and there will be no refunds for any previous payments.
Information Sharing:
OKclarity is not obligated to share details of reported abuse or misconduct with professionals or any other party.
Advertising:
OKclarity may provide links to third-party web sites. OKclarity does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. OKclarity is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within this Site, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. OKclarity does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on this Site.
Advertising of any kind or in any form is strictly prohibited on the Site. Please keep in mind that if you post third party material, you must give full credit to the source. OKclarity is not liable for any self-advertising, self-promoting, or third party linking to advertisemens without the express permission of the source. Submission Guidelines:

You agree that member submissions will comply with OKclarity’s Submissions Guidelines.
At times, you may be interested in contributing personal stories on the Site which will be published either anonymously or with your name if you prefer. In the event that OKclarity publishes your story, it becomes the property of OKclarity.
Limitation of Liability.
