Research indicates that many individuals, especially adolescents and young adults, struggle with body dissatisfaction. Treatment Options for Body Image Concerns: Addressing body image concerns involves both psychological and self-care approaches. Therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) can help reshape negative thought patterns related to body image. Practicing self-compassion, engaging in activities that promote well-being, and surrounding oneself with positive influences can also contribute to improving body image. Seeking support from mental health professionals and building a strong support network can aid in cultivating a healthier and more positive relationship with one's body.
