Levi Rapoport's approach
I believe deeply in human potential and one’s ability to see oneself beyond their behaviors and thoughts. Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, I teach people to second guess the unhelpful rules they have written in their personal constitution.
My goal is to put people in the driver’s seat of their lives, to determine their own future regardless of their past, and to maximize their own potential.
I use mindfulness to help people distinguish themselves from their thoughts and feelings, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to change the way they feel by changing how they think, and to develop unconditional self-acceptance. Unhealthy and unhelpful negative emotions are replaced with healthy and helpful emotions which drive us to reach higher.
What you can expect from sessions with Levi Rapoport
I will be warm, humorous, and empowering throughout our journey together. Using a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, we will collaborate to provide you with a rich toolbox to conquer any challenges that may arise in your path. Through understanding, empathy, and wholehearted acceptance, we will establish a secure and inviting space where we can delve deep into exploring what truly drives and motivates you. Our sessions will be an opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery, and building resilience.
