Mattie Chein's style
💙 Warm 🥇 Empowering 💭 Open minded 🎨 CreativeWhy Mattie Chein chose to be in the helping profession
Hi, I’m Mattie. I’m a therapist who works with high-achieving individuals and creatives, people who are driven, successful on the outside, but often feel stuck, disconnected, or burnt out underneath it all. I help clients who are tired of just talking about their problems and are ready actually to see change. My approach is results-oriented and practical, but still deeply human, blending insight, structure, and emotional depth to help you feel more grounded, fulfilled, and connected to yourself and others.
Mattie Chein's approach
I’m trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, from CBT and DBT to EMDR, somatic work, and parts work. But I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. I draw from different approaches to find what will help you reach lasting results the fastest, in a way that feels natural and effective for you.
What you can expect from sessions with Mattie Chein
Our first session is about getting to know each other. I’ll take time to learn about your history, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. At the same time, you’ll get a feel for me and my style so we can decide if we’re the right fit.
