Moshe Neiman's style
🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 🐣 Out of the box 🧘 CalmWhy Moshe Neiman chose to be in the helping profession
I didn't choose this work from a textbook. I chose it from my own years of being stuck confused, exhausted, and quietly hoping someone would notice what I was carrying.
What changed everything for me wasn't advice. It was a presence. Someone who stayed. Someone who could sit with me in the dark without rushing me toward the light, and who believed I'd find my way before I believed it myself.
That is who I'm here to be for you not a professional standing at a distance, but someone who has walked this road, knows exactly how lonely it gets, and won't look away. This isn't a job for me. It's the thing I was put here to do.
Moshe Neiman's approach
You've probably spent years being told to fight your anxiety, push past your pain, and silence the thoughts that won't leave you alone. My approach is the opposite. We don't work against what you're feeling we work with it.
Whatever is here right now the stress, the anxiety, the heaviness, the noise in your head that's exactly where we begin. Not where you wish you were. Not who you think you should be. We meet your mind and your body precisely where they are today, and we move only at the pace they're ready to move.
One of the deepest tools in this work isn't a technique at all it's learning to see your own thoughts clearly. Most people are swept away by their thinking, carried off by it, certain that every harsh or fearful thought is the truth of who they are. But you are not your thoughts. When you begin to notice them instead of becoming them, something loosens, and you start to find your footing again.
From there I draw on a range of tools breathwork, somatic awareness, and others to help you step out of the endless analyzing and reconnect with your body, where the real story lives and where true release becomes possible. Whether you've gone numb and stopped feeling anything at all, or you feel everything at once and can't find solid ground, the path is the same: we build enough safety inside you that you can finally meet what's there, stay with it, and let it move gently, and entirely in your own time.
What you can expect from sessions with Moshe Neiman
From the moment you walk in, my only goal is for you to feel safe. Not analyzed. Not fixed. Safe enough to stop performing and simply be where you are.
Sessions run one to two hours, because the work that matters can't be rushed by a clock. We begin by meeting you exactly as you arrive that day whatever you're carrying, whatever's loud in your mind, whatever you're feeling or not feeling. We don't try to push past it. We turn toward it together.
From there, we work with what's actually present. Sometimes that means breathwork long, uninterrupted space to quiet the noise and drop out of your head and into your body. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to notice your thoughts and see them for what they are, instead of being swept away by them. Sometimes it's simply giving a feeling the room it's been denied for years. I draw on whatever tool fits the moment, because no two sessions, and no two people, are the same.
What stays constant is this, you won't be alone in it. You'll have someone steady beside you, paying close attention, moving at your pace and never ahead of it until, little by little, you start to feel more like yourself again.
Moshe Neiman's experience working with the Jewish community
I grew up in the yeshivish world in Israel, so this isn't a community I learned about from the outside it's where I come from. I understand its rhythms, its values, its language, and the weight of what so often goes unspoken. I know the pressures that come with living a deeply committed religious life, and I know how isolating it can feel to carry private pain in a world where so much is shared.
Today most of the people I work with come from the Hasidic communities of Monsey, Monroe, and Brooklyn, with my office based in Monsey. That shared foundation shapes everything I do. You'll never have to explain your world to me, and you'll never be asked to choose between your healing and your faith. We work within your values, not around them, so the growth you find here strengthens the life you're already living rather than pulling you away from it.
Much of my own foundation comes from years spent in transformational workshops first as a participant, and over time as a facilitator. Those rooms have shaped how I hold space with depth, presence, and a deep respect for how vulnerable real change can be. I also bring this approach to individuals in sober-living and recovery, walking beside people through some of the most fragile and courageous turning points of their lives.
