Aliza Greenbaum's style
💙 Warm 👂 Listener 💡 Solution-oriented 🥇 EmpoweringWhy Aliza Greenbaum chose to be in the helping profession
After losing 60 lbs. I had gained from emotional eating and keeping it off, I know what it feels like to regain inner peace, and I have felt the heavy impact it can have on every part of life. That personal mission for inner peace set me on a journey of learning tools and practices to support myself, and now I’m passionate about sharing them with others. Every day, I continue to study and grow, adding new techniques for working with negative emotions and shifting unhelpful behavior patterns. These are not just concepts to me; they are tools I use in my own life, which makes it so rewarding to guide others in discovering them, too.
Helping people reconnect with themselves and move past the barriers that hold them back is what lights me up. I love witnessing the transformations that happen, both big and small. One of my favorite moments was when a client who had avoided her art for three months finally felt free enough to return to it after less than an hour of working together, and now she creates with ease. Stories like hers remind me why I do this work and continue to inspire me to help others find their own freedom and peace.

Aliza Greenbaum's approach
I lost 60 lbs. after doing inner work. I believe that people already hold the answers they need to achieve their goals. What they often need is a safe space, a sounding board, and a few simple yet powerful tools. Techniques like mindful breathing, meditation, or CBT can help unlock what feels stuck and bring clarity. When my clients commit to showing up for themselves and lean into trust that their higher power is handling what lies outside their control, they begin to experience true breakthroughs.
The results can be profound and often happen with less effort than they expect. Through guided imagery and CBT, clients learn how to short-circuit negative thought patterns that once kept them paralyzed. Instead of getting caught in cycles of self-doubt or procrastination, they begin to move forward with ease. Watching these shifts unfold is one of the most rewarding parts of this work, and it inspires me every day to continue helping people reconnect with their inner strength and peace.
What you can expect from sessions with Aliza Greenbaum
You can expect me to give my very best to help you reach your goals and move forward with your life. My approach is designed to create a short-term learning phase, where you gain the tools and confidence you need to walk through life on your own. While some clients choose to stay longer as part of an ongoing commitment to themselves, many find that a focused coaching relationship is enough to set them on their way with lasting change.
I feel proud when clients are able to “graduate” from our work together and continue to thrive. Their stories remind me of why I do this. For example, one woman who once struggled deeply with performance anxiety was able to build the confidence to perform and eventually began giving public presentations at work. Moments like these show me how powerful it can be to shift old patterns, learn new tools, and step fully into one’s potential.
Aliza Greenbaum's experience working with the Jewish community
I have worked with both Jewish and non-Jewish clients, and what matters most to me is their commitment to personal growth and becoming the best version of themselves. I welcome people from every background and level of observance, meeting each client where they are. My own upbringing in a diverse environment shaped this openness, as my parents always hosted people of all walks of life at our Shabbos table. Those early experiences continue to guide the inclusive way I approach this work today.
While I only work individually with women, I make sure that men who reach out also have support. For them, I refer to a trusted male coach whom I have personally trained and who shares the same approach and values. This allows me to focus deeply on helping women show up for themselves, while also ensuring that men have a strong resource available. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and effective path forward for anyone who is ready to grow.
