Why Naomi Lerman - Victory Dance Coaching chose to be in the helping profession

I chose to enter the helping profession because I know firsthand what it's like to long for healing while feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. I understand how frustrating it can be to want things to change while feeling unsure of where to begin or how to move forward. My own journey taught me that insight alone doesn't always create lasting change. While understanding ourselves is an important part of the process, true transformation began when I learned how to integrate my mind, body, and soul and take small, sustainable steps toward healing. Those small moments of growth eventually became the foundation for lasting change, and they completely reshaped the way I view healing and what is possible.

That experience inspired me to become the coach I wish I had when I was navigating my own journey. Today, I help women reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-trust, and discover that healing doesn't require waiting until everything is "fixed" before life can begin again. I believe healing happens through the small choices we make every day, one step at a time and one internal victory at a time. My hope is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels sustainable and true to you.

There is nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing a client move from merely surviving to living with greater confidence, connection, purpose, and joy. Watching someone begin to believe in themselves again, trust their own voice, and experience the freedom that comes with healing is what makes this work so meaningful to me. I believe healing is not only possible, but that it can also be deeply meaningful and even joyful. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the most profound transformation starts with a single small step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take it.

Naomi Lerman - Victory Dance Coaching's approach

My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that lasting healing happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and soul. While insight is an important part of the healing process, understanding ourselves alone doesn't always lead to lasting transformation. Real change begins when we take what we've learned and start applying it in ways that feel safe, supportive, and sustainable. Healing isn't about forcing ourselves to move faster than we're ready for. It's about taking small, intentional steps that our nervous system can integrate over time, allowing growth to unfold in a way that truly lasts.

I combine mindset work, body-based practices, spirituality, and practical action to help clients bridge the gap between knowing what they need and living it. Together, we explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, creating space to better understand what has shaped you while gently making room for something new. I believe lasting change happens when we approach ourselves with compassion instead of criticism, and when we honor the pace that feels safe rather than rushing toward a finish line. My goal is to help you build a foundation that feels steady, authentic, and supportive long after our work together.

One of the core principles of my work is learning to recognize and celebrate the quiet, internal victories that are so often overlooked. We spend so much of our lives measuring success by the big milestones that it's easy to miss the small moments that actually create meaningful change. Rather than waiting until life is "fixed" before feeling successful, I help clients build self-awareness, self-trust, and resilience by noticing the everyday shifts that make lasting transformation possible. Those small moments of courage, honesty, and self-compassion may seem insignificant at first, but over time they become the building blocks of deep and lasting healing.

Above all, I believe healing is not only possible, but that it can also be deeply meaningful, empowering, and joyful. I don't believe you have to become a completely different person to experience peace or fulfillment. I believe healing is about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath the pain, the fear, and the patterns that no longer serve you. It is a journey of coming home to yourself, one small step, one quiet victory, and one meaningful moment at a time.

What you can expect from sessions with Naomi Lerman - Victory Dance Coaching

You can expect our sessions to be a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of your next step, you'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and challenges that may be keeping you stuck while identifying practical, sustainable ways to move forward that feel aligned with who you are.

My coaching is collaborative, which means I won't tell you what to do or assume that I know what's best for your life. Instead, I'll help you become more deeply connected to yourself so you can discover what feels authentic, aligned, and sustainable. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, recognizing that no two healing journeys look exactly the same. Rather than focusing on just one part of the healing process, we will integrate the mind, body, and soul to support lasting, meaningful transformation at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

My coaching is designed to be more than just the time we spend together during our sessions. Healing happens in everyday moments, which is why you'll have opportunities to practice and integrate what we're working on between our conversations. My coaching packages include ongoing support between sessions so you don't have to navigate challenges on your own as they arise. You'll have space to ask questions, celebrate progress, work through obstacles, and continue building momentum as your healing unfolds.

My hope is that you leave each session with greater clarity, practical tools, renewed confidence, and a growing sense of trust in yourself. I want you to feel equipped not only to understand yourself more deeply but also to carry what you've learned into your everyday life with confidence and intention. The goal isn't simply to feel better during our sessions. It's to create meaningful, lasting change that continues long after they end, allowing you to move through life with greater peace, resilience, and connection to yourself.

Naomi Lerman - Victory Dance Coaching's experience working with the Jewish community

As an Orthodox Jewish woman originally from Canada and now living in Israel, I have both personal and professional experience supporting Jewish women from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I understand the unique intersection of faith, family, community, and healing, as well as the questions and challenges that can arise when navigating trauma, relationships, identity, and personal growth within a Jewish framework. Having walked my own journey while living within this world, I know that healing is rarely one-size-fits-all. Every woman's experience is different, and I believe it deserves to be met with compassion, sensitivity, and genuine respect.

My coaching integrates mind, body, and soul while honoring each woman's individual beliefs, experiences, and pace. For many clients, spirituality is an important part of the healing process, and I welcome that into our work together in whatever way feels meaningful to you. Whether that means drawing strength from emunah, prayer, Jewish values, or simply exploring how faith fits into your journey, I strive to create a space where you feel safe bringing your whole self into the room. There is space here for your struggles, your hopes, your questions, your aspirations, and every part of your story without fear of judgment or pressure to have all the answers.

My goal is never to impose a particular religious perspective or tell you what your relationship with Judaism should look like. Instead, I want to meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels authentic, compassionate, and aligned with your own values and lived experience. I believe healing is most meaningful when it honors the whole person, including the beliefs, relationships, and traditions that shape who you are. Wherever you are on your journey, my hope is that you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels true to yourself.
