🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 🥇 Empowering 🧘 CalmWhy Danielle Pliver, LCSW chose to be in the helping profession
From a young age, I have been naturally attuned to the feelings and emotions of others, with an innate curiosity about understanding people and the complexities of the human mind. In 2009, a significant event occurred in my life when someone close to me experienced a traumatic brain injury. This pivotal moment intensified my fascination with the intricacies of the brain, compelling me to delve into extensive research on emotions, cognition, and how individuals think and feel.
While my journey didn't direct me specifically toward working with survivors of brain injuries, my profound passion and genuine interest in comprehending human nature and facilitating healing have remained constant in my life. These experiences have shaped my trajectory, ultimately guiding me to the fulfilling role I embrace today in the helping profession.
