When someone is suffering, one of the deepest pains is the feeling of being alone and helpless. My passion is to be there for that person, to offer a comforting presence and a guiding hand. The call to provide help, hope, and support to those who need it most has always resonated deeply within me. I find immense fulfillment in being able to uplift others, listen to their stories, and walk alongside them on their journey to healing and empowerment.
Witnessing someone transform their life, reclaim their strength, and rediscover their sense of purpose is profoundly rewarding. It's in these moments that I am reminded of why I chose this path. The gratitude I feel for being able to make a tangible difference in people's lives is immeasurable. I am deeply honored to be entrusted with their struggles and triumphs, and I am committed to continuing this meaningful work. This profession is not just a job to me; it is a calling, a purpose, and a privilege.
Aryeh Wadler, LCSW's approach
The foundation of my therapeutic approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment theory. I place a strong emphasis on the relational aspects of therapy, focusing on both a person's relationship with themselves and their relationships with others. By delving into the dynamics between a person's various "parts"โthe distinct aspects of their personalityโwe can uncover and understand their feelings and actions, gaining insight into how these internal relationships impact their external interactions.
Attachment theory provides a valuable framework for exploring how early relationships shape current behaviors and emotional patterns. Through this lens, we can address issues at their core, fostering a deeper understanding and healing of all relationships.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) plays a crucial role in my approach, as it helps clients access and process core emotional experiences, leading to transformative shifts in their relational patterns. By getting to the root of issues, EFT enhances emotional awareness and improves the quality of connections with oneself and others.
In addition to IFS and EFT, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting into my practice. These powerful modalities are particularly effective in processing trauma and unblocking "stuck" parts of the psyche. EMDR helps clients reprocess traumatic memories in a safe and structured way, while Brainspotting allows for deep, focused processing of emotional and physical pain.

Aryeh Wadler, LCSW's experience working with the Jewish community
All the work I have done has been within the Jewish community, a place where I have found deep connections and profound inspiration. I began my career at an agency where I had the privilege of meeting many clients who were dedicated to improving their mental and emotional health. These individuals taught me the value of resilience and the importance of community support in the healing process.
Now, in private practice, I am continually inspired by the brave individuals who seek to become their best selves. Their commitment to personal growth and well-being is truly remarkable and serves as a constant source of motivation for me. I have had the honor of working with children, teens, and adults, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences that have enriched my understanding and approach to therapy.
Working with children has shown me the importance of early intervention and the incredible capacity for growth and change at a young age. Teens have taught me about the complexities of identity formation and the critical need for support during these formative years. Adults, with their varied life experiences, have deepened my appreciation for the lifelong journey of self-discovery and healing.
Each client I have worked with has expanded my perspectives in their own way, reinforcing the belief that therapy is a collaborative and evolving process. My experience within the Jewish community has not only shaped my professional practice but also strengthened my dedication to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. I am grateful for the trust and openness my clients have shown me, and I am committed to supporting their journeys with empathy and respect.
