My healing journey began when I was just four years old, after experiencing intense difficulty that shaped the course of my life. For decades, I lived with PTSD and the constant feeling of being stuck in survival mode. Traditional therapy provided some relief over the years, giving me tools to manage, but I still felt that something deeper within me remained unresolved. My mind understood a lot, but my body continued to hold on to the pain and patterns of the past.
It wasn’t until my 40s, when I began working with a Somatic Experiencing Therapist, that I finally experienced a profound shift. For the first time, my body and mind found real freedom, and I felt what it meant to truly live outside of survival. That experience was so transformative and inspiring that I knew I had to learn these techniques myself. Today, I carry that passion into my work, helping others find the same healing and freedom that once felt impossible for me.
Shibolet Felsher's approach
My approach to healing is deeply rooted in the work of Dr. Peter Levine and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score. I believe that our bodies hold memory, and until those imprints are released, we cannot fully heal the core of our pain. Healing requires more than just talking about experiences; it requires engaging the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space for new ways of being to emerge.
In my work, I guide clients through practices that regulate the nervous system, release resentment and fear, and cultivate gratitude as a stabilizing force. We explore how to deepen attunement in relationships, expand creativity, and develop practical tools to process difficult feelings. My goal is to help each person reconnect with themselves in a way that brings greater freedom, resilience, and authenticity to their lives.
What you can expect from sessions with Shibolet Felsher
In our sessions, you can expect to learn how to listen to your body through guided body scans. We explore physical sensations, what they are communicating, and how to release the tension or energy they may be holding. This process helps uncover and release anything that is keeping you from reaching your full potential.
Together, we talk about blockages and the way physical symptoms often connect back to stress or past trauma. We work on creating a closer connection with yourself and with the people you love, while also opening space for more creativity, joy, and ease. My goal is to help you align with your truest self so you can begin to draw the life you want more fully into your reality.
Shibolet Felsher's experience working with the Jewish community
I am a Jew and I love my people deeply. Alongside my work, I host a podcast called Just Breathe on Spotify, Amazon, and Apple Music, where I explore themes of personal growth and what it means to live as a Jew today. The conversations are heartfelt and real, offering space to reflect on our journeys as individuals while staying connected to our collective identity.
One of the greatest gifts we share as a nation is our connection to our Creator. Through that connection, we access protection, guidance, and deep healing. In my work, I help people learn how to channel this sacred connection into their lives, using it as a source of strength, renewal, and clarity as they move toward wholeness.

I had the honor of being coached by Shibolet. Loved her dedication, professionalism and the way she cares so much. Shibolet really opened my eyes to many aspects of dating that I wasn't aware of and truly helped me learn and grow. Shibolet went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful.
