Why Yonina Kaufman chose to be in the helping profession

I embarked on a career in therapy driven by a deep-seated desire to create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their inner worlds. My commitment to this profession is rooted in the belief that healing begins with understanding and self-compassion. I am here to support, not to fix, and to walk alongside you on your unique journey of self-discovery and growth.

Yonina Kaufman's approach

Specializing in assisting women and couples who have experienced perinatal and infant loss, infertility, and perinatal or postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. With training in maternal mental health, grief and bereavement, and trauma, I help clients navigate their complex emotions and thoughts during times of grief, mourning, and parenting challenges. I believe in the power of untangling these emotions to pave the way for healing and resilience.

What you can expect from sessions with Yonina Kaufman

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you are free to explore your emotions and experiences. Together, we will work through the challenges you are facing, whether related to perinatal and infant loss, infertility, or other emotional struggles.
