I witnessed the magic of the healing journey firsthand in my own therapy and very much wanted to help others experience the same clarity, confidence, and healing to create a life that they love.

I take a holistic, relational, and integrative approach. I strive to create a warm and empathic healing environment that is tailored to each of my client's unique and individual goals and needs. I integrate trauma-informed mindfulness-based skills, while also taking into consideration attachment theory and the impact of one's upbringing.
