From an early age, I felt compelled to guide and inspire individuals to reach their full potential. This inner calling became a central part of who I am. My passion for psychology, self-development, and the growth mindset, combined with my strengths in counseling, public speaking, and writing, naturally led me to the field of Life Coaching.
Overcoming significant challenges in my own life, I developed a profound empathy for others. I understand the struggles people face and have a genuine desire to help them actualize their potential in all areas of life. This empathy fuels my commitment to helping others understand themselves better, improve their relationships, and discover their unique purpose in the world. I find immense joy and fulfillment in bringing positivity, wisdom, and clarity into people's lives. Their successes are my successes, and witnessing their growth and achievements motivates me every day.
Rachel (Rahel) Trilokekar's approach
My coaching approach blends introspection, wisdom, and modern coaching techniques to create a supportive framework for personal growth. I empower clients to replace confusion and fear with clarity and confidence, gradually helping them make choices that align with their values. This journey never fails to foster self-worth, resilience, and joy.
What you can expect from sessions with Rachel (Rahel) Trilokekar
Each client receives a personalized coaching plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our initial sessions focus on understanding where you are currently and where you aspire to be. I will ask specific questions to gain clarity not only for myself, but also to help you clarify your own thoughts and feelings. What is really the deeper feeling or thought behind your words and actions? This process is designed to create a strong foundation for our work together.
I encourage all my clients to keep a journal during our sessions (for some who find writing difficult, I share my notes after each session). This journal is a valuable tool for jotting down insights, strategies, and goals we cover in each meeting. To facilitate this, I will provide you with a journal to use throughout our time together. This practice helps track your progress, reflect on your journey, and maintain focus on your objectives.
Rachel (Rahel) Trilokekar's experience working with the Jewish community
I have been a certified life coach serving the Jewish population for over a decade. My work focuses on helping individuals overcome personal mental blocks and difficulties, as well as creating and strengthening relationships. After I completed Rochel Goldbaum's "Directed Dating Approach" program for Jewish coaches, I have integrated this program with my life coaching knowledge and insights to offer clients in shidduchim a powerful and personalized step-by-step coaching experience.
I enjoy sharing my experiences and insights with a broader audience and have been featured on various publications, including Aish.com and Chabad.org. If you'd like to get to know my thought process, feel free to check out some of my published writings: https://www.jewishwomanscoach.com/published-articles. Additionally, for several years I authored an advice column called "The Jewish Woman's Solution" for Ladies World, a publication for Jewish Russian women.
Beyond one-on-one coaching and freelance writing, I offer public speaking engagements within the Jewish community. My goal is to provide support, guidance, and inspiration, helping individuals achieve their potential with their personal and relationship goals.

"I started coaching with Rachel when I just started dating the man I am now married to. I had various mental blocks that I overcame with her help. Now I am happily married to the most amazing man! She has helped me to accept myself and overcome ingrained fears and self-limiting beliefs. I am still a work in progress but I feel stronger and healthier! She has taught me skills in how to respond to conflict and difficult relationships, as well as the steps to overcome my anxiety. I am so thankful for having Rachel as my life coach! "

"I had significant social anxiety when I first started sessions with Rachel. I had no job, didn't go to school, and was too self conscience of myself to date. I cannot believe how much my life has changed since Rachel started working with me. I am literally living a different life!! I have overcome so much with Rachel's gentle guidance, wisdom and support. She has been my anchor! Rachel believes in me and says just the right thing that helps me have the strength to believe in myself and accomplish my goals. She has also challenged me in ways I didn't think I could rise to. But I did. From over coming my social anxiety, to starting dating and weeding out the wrong guys until finding the right one, to helping me overcome negative self talk--Rachel has been through it all with me. I have refereed her to several people. And I thank G-d for her in my life."

I often couldn't get up in the morning and was irritated all the time. Then Rachel helped me to understand myself better and the reasons for the choices I was making. Step by step we uncovered all the ways I was sabotaging my own happiness. I felt so weak and helpless when we first started with coaching. Now I feel empowered and full of hope."
