💙 Warm 💪 Challenging 💡 Solution-oriented 🌎 HolisticWhy Miriam Mitzmann chose to be in the helping profession
I came into this work through my own healing journey after experiencing significant trauma and feeling stuck for years. I spent a long time trying to understand what I had been through, exploring different approaches including talk therapy, EMDR, and other modalities. While each of those offered something, I found that simply understanding my past didn’t create the real, lasting change I was looking for. I knew there had to be something deeper that could actually shift the patterns I kept finding myself in.
What ultimately changed everything for me was discovering a method focused on accessing the subconscious and identifying the true root cause of those patterns. When I combined that with coaching and worked on building a more grounded, personal relationship with Hashem, things began to shift in a real way. It wasn’t just about coping anymore, it was about genuine healing and transformation that I could actually feel in my day to day life. That experience is what led me to this work, and it’s why I care so deeply about what I do.
I chose this profession because I know firsthand the difference between managing symptoms and truly healing at the root. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck even when you’re doing “all the right things,” and how frustrating that can be. My goal is to help others move beyond that place by getting to what’s really driving their patterns, so change feels natural and sustainable rather than forced. I’m here to support people in creating the kind of deep, lasting transformation that once felt out of reach for me, but is absolutely possible.
Miriam Mitzmann's approach
My approach is centered on real transformation, not just talking about problems or managing them on the surface. I work with the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and emotions that are stored in the body, because that’s where lasting change actually begins. Instead of staying in conversation alone, we focus on what’s happening beneath the surface and how those deeper patterns are shaping your experience. This allows the work to move beyond insight and into something that can truly shift how you feel and function day to day.
Together, we identify and work through the root of what’s creating the patterns you’re struggling with, rather than circling around them. At the same time, for those who value it, I integrate Torah in a way that feels grounded, practical, and connected to real life, not abstract or disconnected from your experience. The goal is not just temporary relief, but lasting change that feels aligned, stable, and real. This is about creating a shift that holds, so you’re not constantly finding yourself back in the same place.
What you can expect from sessions with Miriam Mitzmann
Our sessions are a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and actually process what’s coming up for you. This isn’t a space where you’re left just talking through things without direction. We actively work together to move through patterns and begin releasing what’s been holding you back, so you can start experiencing real shifts as they happen. The focus is always on creating a space that feels grounded, supportive, and intentional.
I work through structured programs rather than isolated sessions, typically in 3-month or 6-month containers. This allows us to go deeper, stay consistent, and build real momentum over time instead of starting and stopping. Throughout the process, you’ll receive guidance, support, and practical tools not just during our calls, but in between as well. We’re actively identifying and removing the blocks that stand between you and where you want to be.
By the end of our work together, clients feel more confident, more clear, and able to see measurable results in their lives. There’s a sense of movement forward that replaces the feeling of being stuck for years. Most importantly, you begin to feel more like yourself again: calm, connected, and grounded in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
Miriam Mitzmann's experience working with the Jewish community
I work with many individuals from the Jewish community who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or internally pressured in their day to day lives. There is often a pattern of suppression, people pleasing, and high expectations that leaves very little room for real self awareness or honest expression. I’ve seen how easy it is to lose yourself in that dynamic, even while trying to do everything “right.” My work creates space to slow that down and begin reconnecting with what’s actually going on underneath it all.
Having grown up ultra Orthodox, then stepping away and eventually returning in a more balanced and grounded way, I understand this experience from the inside. I know the tension that can exist between where you are and where you feel you’re supposed to be, and how that can show up internally. I bring a perspective that allows for growth without pressure, without guilt, and without self rejection. The goal is to create a space where you can build a life that feels both authentic and sustainable, in a way that truly fits you.

What people have to say about working with me:
-
I found myself thanking Hashem for everything that’s happening in my life right now. I’m seeing a huge upgrade in my parnassah, my love life, my self-acceptance—everything. It feels so beautiful and blissful. Thank you, Miriam, for being such a meaningful part of my journey.

Miriam, I’m shocked by how much our sessions have changed me. For years I’ve tried all these therapy modalities and they were nice, but didn’t get me far. I’m sad it took me so long to find you, but I’m so glad that I did.

After our session, I felt so much more compassion for myself. I was able to speak to God for a longer time and just feel okay being me again. It felt like a portal opened back to who I truly am. I’m really looking forward to continuing this work.

Thank you so much, Miriam. I felt so much more compassion for myself after our session yesterday. I was able to speak to God for a longer amount of time and just feel okay with me...like a portal has opened up back to who I truly am. After so many different therapy modalities I've tried, I couldn't believe my inner child was so okay with the vision of my future in our session. It's like he finally felt safe to do the FULL process. Looking forward to continuing to work with you!

Miriam has the ability to instill trust and confidence in her clients as she is non-judgmental. She does have a very energetic side to her which taps into where each client is and what works best for them. her success lies in her ability to receive positive results in a short period of time, due to the clients trust in her and their readiness to open up sooner than later. Miriam is constantly growing and learning. What she learns, she puts into practice (what she learns from me she teaches to others).
