Are you worrying about a family member or going through a difficult life transition? Are you dealing with an addiction that has you feeling hopeless? Are you feeling an emptiness or loneliness and don’t know what to do about it? I believe that no matter what challenge you are facing, you can recover, heal and ultimately thrive.

I work with parents of children of all different ages. Parenting can feel overwhelming and lonely at times, particularly when there is a challenging issue or a difficult life transition.

I provide specialized recovery treatment to individuals struggling with addiction and codependency. Addiction impacts the whole family unit. I work with spouses, parents, and siblings of addicted family members.
