About Collaborative Minds Psychotherapy LLC

From our founder, Sara Schreiber, LCSW: I have always felt drawn to helping people. Even as a child, I noticed who was being left out and instinctively found ways to bring them in, integrating new friends into already established groups. In many ways, I’ve been creating “groups” for as long as I can remember, which is one of the reasons group therapy continues to feel so meaningful to me. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of this instinct. It offered a clear path to truly listen, help people better understand themselves, and support them in discovering where they want to go in life.

At Collaborative Minds Psychotherapy, this same spirit guides our approach as a group practice. The clinicians I hire share a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, understood, and supported. We aim to help our clients navigate growth, connection, and change with compassion and clarity. For us, therapy is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about fostering genuine human connection and helping each person find their own path forward.
