Ari Perl's style
💙 Warm 🌎 HolisticWhy Ari Perl chose to be in the helping profession
Enamored with the art and science of therapy, I love creating a space, together with my client, where you find Self-discovery and personal growth- that gets results. The therapeutic process is so powerful because of the innate qualities of each and every one of us.
Ari Perl's approach
Wholesome Process & Results.
My approach to therapy is humanistic, holistic, and non-pathologizing. Powerful and beautiful innate qualities lives in each and every one of us. My clients develop a better understanding of themselves, of their goals, of their inner parts, and work through the feelings and barriers which enables them to access clarity, hope and to achieve acceptance and change.
In our work together, I aim to fully understand you and your strengths, your struggles and offer a safe and non-judgmental space. That means recognizing negative judgments, having them step aside so that we can do real work, progress to something more positive. Sometimes that means acceptance and enhancing a present situation, and other times that means practical change, as well as deeper and more fundamental change.
Therapy is a positive experience because of our neuroplasticity and adaptability, which means that amazing things are really possible: healing from trauma, unloading childhood burdens, rediscovering your Self, adapting, changing and growing are always possible. There are specific ways I can help you with this.
Together, we can work towards fostering deeper connections with ourselves and others, and ultimately, creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Achieve living and loving.

Ari Perl's experience working with the Jewish community
Throughout my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with the Jewish community in a variety of settings, including clinical, inpatient, and many Yeshivos and educational contexts. I have had the opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of affiliations, from those who identify as secular or modern, to those who are deeply religious, yeshivish and chassidish.
My experience working with the Jewish community has been incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to gain a deep appreciation for the unique cultural, spiritual, and historical aspects of Jewish identity. Whether I am providing individual therapy or working with groups, I strive to approach each client with sensitivity and respect for their specific background and experiences.
I understand the challenges and opportunities that can arise when navigating issues related to Jewish identity, family dynamics, and community relationships. I am committed to helping my clients explore these issues in a safe and supportive space, and to empowering them to make meaningful progress towards their personal goals and aspirations.
