Why Brenda Landau chose to be in the helping profession

My natural curiosity about people and my desire to learn more about resilience, motivation, and our ability to heal led me to this work. I feel honored and humbled to have had the privilege of witnessing healing, growth, and transformation in the people I have worked with.

My approach is primarily relational, and I use humor when appropriate. We work on understanding your attachment history, and how it shows up in your life. We address unresolved trauma, and work towards healing and growing from those experiences so that they no longer hinder you from living your best life. I have trained in a number of modalities, but I tailor your treatment according to your specific needs, I also encourage feedback to help make the process more effective and rewarding.

I am passionate about helping people become more confident and accepting of themselves and allowing themselves to be more authentic in their lives. It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable, and I respect my clients for allowing me to join them on their journey to self-discovery.
