Rina Meushaw's style
💙 Warm 😃 Humorous 🙌 Affirming 💭 Open mindedWhy Rina Meushaw chose to be in the helping profession
When I had my first child, life as a working mom felt like too much. I was juggling a demanding job, managing our home, supporting my parents and disabled brother, and now caring for a newborn. I was exhausted, stressed, and constantly behind. Then I worked with a coach, and everything changed. I built systems and routines that made life feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable.
That experience opened my eyes. I realized I wanted to help others do the same—especially those with ADHD or other neurodiverse needs who often feel overwhelmed by traditional approaches. I focus on helping clients create personalized systems that work for their unique brains, so they can feel more in control, less stressed, and better supported in everyday life.
Rina Meushaw's approach
I believe coaching works best when it’s practical, flexible, and rooted in real life. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you uncover what works for you and make it feel doable. I combine curiosity, problem-solving, and a healthy dose of encouragement to support clients in moving forward in ways that are realistic and sustainable.
I also host the Balanced Working Moms Podcast, where I share strategies, stories, and real-life tips on managing ADHD, staying organized, and reducing overwhelm. Many of my clients enjoy using the podcast as an extra source of ideas and motivation between our sessions.
Every client comes with their own unique mix of strengths, challenges, and goals. I adapt my style to meet you where you are. Sometimes that means asking the right questions to spark new insight. Other times, it’s about troubleshooting a challenge together and finding a better way forward. The focus is always on building skills, confidence, and systems that continue to support you long after our sessions end.

Rina Meushaw's experience working with the Jewish community
As a frum Jew living in a close-knit community, I understand the unique rhythms and responsibilities that come with Jewish life — balancing work, family, community, and the ongoing preparations for Shabbat and the Chagim. These cycles shape not just our calendars, but the pace and texture of our daily lives.
I help my Jewish clients build systems and habits that bring more joy and meaning to it all — from mitzvot and hospitality to family responsibilities and work. The goal is to make Jewish life feel rich and fulfilling, so that the preparations and obligations feel like an expression of simcha, not just another item on a never-ending to-do list.

What my clients have to say about working with me:
-
Completely life-changing. A year ago, I never would've believed I could feel this peaceful. My days were a constant whirlwind of chaos, anxiety, and overwhelm – a build-up of life, kids, work, and ignored past traumas. Then, a coworker introduced me to Rina. Her incredible support, guidance, and wisdom opened my eyes to the possibility of a better life. When I discovered (and accepted) I had ADHD, I realized I wasn't "broken." Rina empowered me to end negative self-talk, helping me see that I didn't need to be fixed, but rather had amazing qualities simply waiting to emerge. Calling her a "coach" doesn't quite capture it. Rina is a life guide, a profound partner on my journey to self-discovery and inner peace. I needed help and the Universe truly outdid itself when it brought Rina into my life ❤️

Rina is an amazing coach! I would recommend her to anyone who is wondering if she could be the encouragement and support you are looking for. I never thought I would be the type of person who would gain much from working with a coach, but Rina was just what I needed! In the first 6 months working with Rina, I made so much more progress addressing problem areas and looking towards my goals than I had previously made working with a counselor for over a year. So glad I gave coaching with Rina a try, this journey has been life-changing for me in such positive ways.

Before working with Rina, I was uncertain about pretty much everything in my life. I felt lost and without someone really in my corner. Once I started working with Rina it became clear that I needed to leave my job, and stay home with my kids. She supported me in making habits to help keep me feeling good and helped me navigate the unexpected challenges I faced along the way. I feel like my life is more in line with what I want now. I am able to give more focus to things that matter to me and not be in a job that was draining me. I am so happy to not be where I was before I met her.
