Rebecca Sigala's style
šÆ Direct š Warm š Affirming š HolisticWhy Rebecca Sigala chose to be in the helping profession
Over 13 years ago, with a film camera in hand and a deep love for beauty, I began my career as a boudoir photographer. Since then, I have worked with thousands of women in deeply embodied spaces, which has given me a rare vantage point into how women inhabit their bodies, how they hold themselves, and how they relate to themselves on every level. Being in those intimate, real moments has shaped the way I understand confidence, presence, and self-perception in a very grounded way.
Very early on, one thing stood out to me clearly. Body image struggles were present in nearly every woman I photographed. What surprised me most was realizing that how a woman perceived herself had very little to do with her actual size or how closely she fit societyās beauty standards. Over time, I began to see that body image was never really just about the body itself.
It was about safety, self-worth, identity, and the stories women carry about who they need to be in order to feel like enough. My work naturally expanded my own definition of beauty, and it challenged me to see women with more honesty and compassion. But at some point, I had to face the fact that I was not fully extending that same compassion toward myself when I looked in the mirror.
That realization became a turning point and the beginning of a much deeper mission. I became committed to helping women stop waiting for their bodies to change in order to feel confident, free, sensual, and fully alive. Not settling for quiet dissatisfaction or stopping at body acceptance, but building real self-trust and grounded confidence that can actually change how a woman moves through her life and relationships.
That mission eventually became The New Sexy Methodā¢, the body of work I have spent years refining to help women transform the way they see, experience, and relate to themselves from the inside out.
Rebecca Sigala's approach
My approach is holistic, somatic, and rooted in transforming a womanās sense of self at a foundational level. I do not see body image as a mindset issue alone. It is shaped by lived experience, cultural conditioning, beauty standards, societal expectations, and the ongoing relationship a woman has with herself. Because of that, real change has to go deeper than thoughts or affirmations.
My method supports women in meeting themselves where they are with radical honesty, without bypassing or forcing positivity. From there, we work on reconnecting with intuition and body wisdom, and gently untangling the influence of diet culture and external beauty standards. A big part of the work is redefining what āsexyā means on your own terms, not as something you perform, but as something you embody. Over time, this creates a shift in how a woman relates to herself in every area of her life, not just how she feels about her appearance.
Unlike many approaches, my work is not only about feeling safe in your body. It is also about feeling sensual, free, and fully at home in it. Through our work together, clients begin to build a more honest and compassionate way of seeing themselves, including learning how to look in the mirror without distortion or self-criticism. The goal is not perfection or constant positivity, but a grounded sense of self-trust and ease in your own skin.
What you can expect from sessions with Rebecca Sigala
The New Sexy Awakening is my signature 5-month virtual experience for self-aware women who are ready to fully embrace their bodies and their sensuality through every season of life. It is designed for women who know there is more available to them and are willing to do the deeper, embodied work to get there.
The experience combines weekly coaching and embodiment calls, a transformational 12-module curriculum, practical tools for integration, and a supportive community of women walking a similar path. It is both structured and spacious, giving space for real change to unfold while staying grounded in consistent support and practice.
You can expect deep conversations, belly laughs, meaningful breakthroughs, and the feeling of finally being able to exhale. You are surrounded by women who are committed to growth, but also ready for more fun, connection, and aliveness in their everyday lives. There is something powerful about not doing this work alone, and that shared experience becomes part of the transformation itself.
Many women come in expecting the work to feel heavy. Instead, they often find themselves feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, and more comfortable in their own skin. There is a natural shift into taking up space more freely, whether that means wearing what they want, speaking up, dancing again, or simply trusting themselves in a deeper way.
Over time, many women begin to feel more confident, more sensual, and more alive in their bodies. The woman they were trying to become often starts to feel familiar in a new way, like someone who was always there underneath everything else.
Rebecca Sigala's experience working with the Jewish community
For over a decade, I have worked with Jewish women from many different walks of life, from secular to Chassidish and many communities in between. Over time, this has given me a deep respect for the range of lived experiences and the shared themes that often show up beneath the surface.
Living in Israel and raising my family in a Dati Leumi, Torah-centered community has also given me a grounded understanding of the unique values, pressures, and opportunities that shape so many Jewish womenās relationships with their bodies and themselves. Whether it is navigating modesty, marriage, motherhood, spirituality, community expectations, or simply learning how to take up space in the world, these experiences often naturally weave into the work.
My approach is deeply informed by Torah values and spirituality, while also honoring each womanās individual path and personal truth. I aim to hold a space that is both grounded and open, where women can show up fully as themselves without judgment. In that space, they are able to explore their experiences with honesty and compassion, and begin reconnecting with the beauty, wisdom, and inherent worth that already exists within them.

What people have to say about working with me:
-
Grateful to have been touched by Rebecca's radiant inner and outer beauty, her kindness, warmth, and profound emotional awareness. She guided me to rediscover the light within me that had been dimmed for far too long, standing by my side as I uncovered it again. Rebecca pushed me when I needed it, supported me when I doubted myself, cheered me on through my wins, and sat with me through my tears. She didn't just help me transform; she also connected me with incredible women who have become true friends, all rooting for each other as we grow together.

Even after a full hysterectomy and bilateral mastectomy with no reconstruction at 56 years old, Rebeccaās program helped me realize that I am still a beautiful and feminine woman. The New Sexy was a magical, uplifting, and a safe place to share vulnerabilities.

I had done a decade of therapy. I have a degree in psychology. Iāve been through recovery programs, and still, I felt stuck. There was still a part of me that believed Iād always carry my eating disorder with me, that it would always live in the background. But then I found Rebecca. I realized I didnāt have to wait until I was seventy to look back and think, āI was beautiful.ā I am beautiful. And now, after The New Sexy, I actually feel it. Iām not faking it. Even in the middle of a war, I can honestly say, Iām the happiest Iāve ever been. I feel lighter. And Iām finally taking care of myself from a place of love, not fear or punishment.
