Why Faigy Weiss, Coach chose to be in the helping profession

From a young age, I have been naturally drawn to the art of listening, truly listening, and attuning to the inner worlds of others. There is something profoundly fulfilling about offering words of comfort, hope, and encouragement, knowing that even a single moment of connection can bring a glimmer of light into someone else's darkness. My own inward journey, exploring the intricacies of my soul, has shown me the beauty that lives within, and that discovery continues to bring me tremendous joy. Yet even more meaningful is the privilege of connecting with another human being on such a deep and genuine level, where I can glimpse their inner magnificence, often tucked away beneath layers of pain, confusion, and struggle.

Whether I am guiding someone through the throes of anxiety, OCD symptoms, identity crises, or inner conflicts, or supporting them as they face depression, addictions, and fears, I am consistently humbled by the resilience of the human spirit. The challenges of marital struggles, codependent relationships, difficult teens, and financial stress can feel incredibly heavy, yet witnessing someone begin to transform from within feels nothing short of miraculous to me. It is an honor to sit with people in these vulnerable places and watch them discover their own strength, clarity, and growth.

My belief in the power of healing through inner work is what drives me every single day. This belief, along with a deep desire to strengthen my understanding of suicide, addiction, and mental illness, is what motivates my constant pursuit of education and research in the field of psychology. I hope to continue taking this work to new levels, with the goal of reaching a doctoral degree, G-d willing. I am committed to making a meaningful impact, both within the walls of my practice and in the world at large, and I hold deep gratitude for every person who allows me to be part of their journey.

Faigy Weiss, Coach's approach

I firmly believe that every one of us holds an innate power to heal and recreate our realities from the bottom up and from the inside out. Our outer world often mirrors the landscape within us, reflecting the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs we carry at our core. When we consciously choose to fill ourselves with higher vibrational thoughts, our inner state begins to shift in a real and noticeable way. Little by little, this inner shift transforms how we experience our external world, allowing new possibilities, clarity, and hope to surface.

This process is not only about thinking positively. It is about building a deep sense of trust in ourselves and in the journey we are on, even when it feels uncertain. It invites us to cultivate a personal, loving, and empowering connection with ourselves and with our Creator, a connection that can anchor and uplift us through all seasons of life. When we allow ourselves to align with this inner truth, we become more open to the wonders and gifts that life has to offer. It is in this space of alignment, connection, and authenticity that true transformation becomes possible, helping us live with greater intention, presence, and wholeness.

What you can expect from sessions with Faigy Weiss, Coach

Our sessions together are meant to be much more than a simple hour of conversation. They are a space where you can experience completeness, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose by the time we finish. I hold the belief that our work is not done until you feel ready to face whatever you are dealing with at a new level of resolve. My hope is that when you walk out, you feel that we touched on exactly what you needed, leaving you with a sense of wholeness and direction.

You can expect to gain more than surface-level insights. Each session is crafted to offer clarity, healing, empowerment, and validation, and to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together we uncover a course of action that feels right for you, something that supports your next steps in a grounded and confident way. Our time is structured and intentional, starting with a clear understanding of what you hope to achieve. As we move through the session, we check in with how close we are to that intention, and I make sure you leave with something meaningful to hold onto until we meet again.

When we reconvene, you will have the opportunity to share what felt helpful, what shifted, and how the previous session’s insights influenced your week. From there, we set your next intention and continue building on the work we have already started. This ongoing process of reflection, clarity, and growth is what allows transformation to take root, and it is an honor to walk that journey with you.

Faigy Weiss, Coach's experience working with the Jewish community

Even before I formally began practicing as a coach, I found myself connecting deeply with women from so many different communities and religious backgrounds. My journey has been filled with encounters that expanded my understanding of the rich and varied tapestry of Jewish life. From hosting guests of all kinds, participating in Oorah’s Rebbetzins Program, and forming kinship with fellow travelers on this shared path, I have been blessed to engage with women from Yemenite, Russian, Bucharian, Persian, American, and Israeli backgrounds. Each connection has shaped the way I see people, their stories, and the beauty that lives within every soul.

These interactions have always been more than casual exchanges. Listening to an unaffiliated nurse who was dating a non-Jewish man, sharing stories with a customer who had served in the IDF, or bonding with an elderly conservative coworker taught me how much wisdom and humanity can be found in simple moments of honesty. Even with my Spanish household help, we spent countless hours in meaningful conversation, bridging cultural gaps through shared experience and genuine curiosity. These relationships reminded me that depth and understanding do not depend on where we come from, but on our willingness to truly see one another.

In my professional life, I have had the privilege of facilitating growth and healing for women of all ages, stages, and backgrounds for more than a decade. Every woman I meet brings her own perspective, challenges, and strengths, and each one reinforces my belief that wherever there is a soul, there is a connection waiting to be discovered. And if you have come to believe that you do not have one, I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and helping you rediscover the truth that has been within you all along.
