💙 Warm 💡 Solution-oriented 🥇 Empowering 🤝 CollaborativeWhy Danielle Taylor, LMHC chose to be in the helping profession
From a young age, I was drawn to understanding human emotions and relationships, and I found my calling in mental health after seeing how empathy can transform lives.
In my practice, I combine compassion with strong therapeutic training to support individuals, couples, families, and the LGBTQ community. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, empowered, and guided on their journey of healing and self-discovery. I’m continually inspired by the resilience and strength my clients bring to our work together.
Danielle Taylor, LMHC's approach
My mission is to help people build lasting, healthy, and fulfilling relationships—whether with a friend, a spouse, a future partner, or even with themselves.
I believe true well-being is more than just how we feel day to day—it’s the balance of our physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational selves. Since everyone’s journey looks different, I take a holistic and individualized approach to meet you where you are.
At the heart of this work is the therapeutic process itself: a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, understand your patterns, and move toward the future you want. Our work together is built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
Depending on your needs, I may draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or from deeper insight-oriented approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy. When working with couples, I also use tools from the Gottman Method and Imago Therapy to strengthen and enrich relationships.
Above all, my goal is to walk alongside you—helping you discover clarity, growth, and connection along the way.
What you can expect from sessions with Danielle Taylor, LMHC
Our therapy sessions begin with ensuring your comfort, as I take the time to understand your goals and what you aim to achieve through our sessions. Acknowledging the potential unease of opening up to a new acquaintance, I emphasize the establishment of a meaningful connection. In collaboration, we will identify and outline your goals, crafting tailored strategies to effectively work towards them. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
