Why Anna Sherman, MFT chose to be in the helping profession

Hello, I'm Anna, a Registered Psychotherapist, Maternal Health Practitioner, and Clinical Supervisor. I chose the helping profession because I believe everyone deserves support during their challenges. Drawing from my own experiences of healing and overcoming difficulties, I wanted to extend a helping hand to others on their journeys of growth and self-discovery.

Life can be tough, and my aim is to empower you to embrace true emotional and physical intimacy, establish authentic relationships, and find fulfillment in your personal and professional pursuits. Together, we can work towards these goals, navigating the obstacles that come your way while building a foundation of resilience and well-being.
