Motzai Shabbos Mood Check- Ins - May 16th
Event Description:
I am grateful to continue to hold this safe space weekly at no cost Through the End of May.
As it's already positively impacted and helped many of us in the frum/shomer shabbos community.
My intention for this time is to be a weekly safe space and a supportive environment for like-minded individuals focused on their physical, emotional and mental health after a long Shabbos.
We will start with a breathing and mindfulness exercise, Optional Check-ins, and sharing some “wins”.
I will teach a short exercise for emotional regulation so you can have one more tool in your tool belt.
We will continue with a gratitude meditation and incorporate energy release and visions and goals for the week ahead.
And We will conclude with any Q&A's,more sharing and side coaching .
