Shua Stimmel's style
😃 Humorous 👂 Listener 🙌 Affirming 🙏 SpiritualWhy Shua Stimmel chose to be in the helping profession
I was fortunate to grow up in a home where helping others was a natural part of daily life, both personally and professionally. From a young age, I watched my parents step in to support people in all kinds of need and distress, and that early exposure shaped the way I see the world. For me, helping others is not just a choice—it is a basic obligation and a core part of who I am.
Over the years, I have learned many of these skills through my family, my Rabbaim, and independent research, and I have applied them personally to support those around me. As I continued to grow, I chose to study these principles on a professional level, so I could offer my clients the best care and guidance possible. I am committed to bringing that same sense of responsibility, compassion, and practical support to every person I work with.
Shua Stimmel's approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in self awareness. I believe that many of our common struggles come from not fully understanding what drives our behaviors, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and values. When we begin to see these patterns clearly, we can make more intentional choices and create real change. Using a variety of techniques and modalities, I guide my clients to better understand themselves and the environments they live in, which often leads to a calmer, more resilient, and more aspirational life.
I have specifically trained in a Torah psychology approach and consult extensively with Rabbanim who are knowledgeable in this field. This allows me to ensure that my clients receive support that is aligned with Torah hashkafa and grounded in authentic Jewish wisdom. My goal is to blend practical tools with meaningful, value-based guidance so that each person can grow in a way that feels true to who they are.
What you can expect from sessions with Shua Stimmel
In our sessions, you can expect a process of discovering your true self. We will explore your behaviors, emotions, and thoughts in a way that builds self-awareness and helps you understand how and why you operate the way you do. When we begin to see these patterns clearly, it becomes easier to make intentional choices and create real change in your life. This work is designed to help you feel more grounded and aligned with who you truly are.
Using a variety of techniques and modalities, we will then create a path toward inner calm, stronger interpersonal relationships, and Menuchas Hanefesh. My goal is to support you in developing greater emotional resilience and clarity, so you can navigate life with more ease and confidence. Together, we will build practical tools and strategies that fit your unique needs and values, helping you move forward with purpose and peace.
Shua Stimmel's experience working with the Jewish community
Having spent many years working with Bachurim both inside and outside of the Yeshiva setting, I have gained firsthand insight into their world. This involvement has provided me with a deep understanding of the inner workings, challenges, and triumphs that define the life of a Yungerman.
In addition to my work with students, I have extensive experience engaging with Ba’alei Batim through my long-standing involvement with a group of motivated and growing professionals. These combined experiences allow me to understand and support the diverse needs of individuals across different stages of life within the community.
