I know what it is like to want more out of life, want to have a voice to be seen as we did not get all our needs met as children, and to want to let go of shame in the process of humbly being seen for our true greatness. I work with you, whether individual, couple, and/or family, in your processing and healing emotion distress and co-creating your vision of personal growth that emerges through guided discussions in obtaining deep insight, emotional understanding, and self-acceptance. I also practice Emotionally Focused Couples/Family Therapy to create deeper relational bonds through an active process of recreating a positive cycle of relating to one another. Additionally, I am a certified trainer in the Nurtured Heart Approach for parents/teachers to communicate to kids more lovingly and effectively, particularly countering kids feeling anxious, angry, self-doubt, and depressed through build kids' inner strengths so that they can been seen for their capabilities and greatness to succeed in life. I also enjoy play therapy with kids to express and work through their feelings and encourage parents to have individualized special play time/connection time with each kid to build stronger relationships.
