Event Description:
We will start with a breathing and mindfulness exercise, Optional Check-ins and sharing some “wins”.
I will teach and demonstrate a short exercise for emotional regulation so you can have one more tool in your tool belt.
We will finish off with a gratitude, energy releasing and vision meditation for the week, and will conclude with any Q&A or more sharing and side coaching .
