Women’s Process Group's Purpose or Mission
This group is a space where you can finally stop performing and begin truly connecting with others and with yourself. My hope is that you’ll experience what it feels like to be genuinely seen, appreciated, and valued for who you actually are, rather than who you think you’re supposed to be. So many of us walk around carrying expectations and roles that feel heavy, and it can be a relief to enter a room where those pressures don’t have to come along with you. This group is a place to set the masks down and allow yourself to show up as you really are, imperfections and all.
As you practice being real in this group, something begins to shift inside. You start noticing that honest, grounded connection is not only possible, but something you’re worthy of and capable of creating. That kind of experience builds confidence that naturally transfers into other relationships and areas of your life. Over time, you may find that the ease you feel here slowly becomes part of how you relate everywhere else.
Women’s Process Group is designed for
This group is for women ages 20 and older who are craving something more real in their relationships. It’s for anyone who senses that there’s another level of connection available, but isn’t quite sure how to get there. You may be someone who tends to hold back in conversations, worried about saying the wrong thing or taking up too much space. You might notice yourself pulling away when things get close, or anxiously reaching for reassurance when you’re not sure where you stand. These patterns can feel confusing and frustrating, especially if you’ve been carrying them for a long time.
Maybe you’re simply tired of surface-level small talk and want to experience what it feels like to be fully yourself with others. It could be that self-doubt creeps in, leaving you wondering whether people would still accept you if they truly knew you. Or maybe you’re beginning to untangle the relationship patterns you learned growing up, trying to understand what love and closeness are supposed to feel like. Wherever you find yourself right now, you’re welcome here. If you’re ready to explore deeper and more authentic ways of connecting, this group offers a supportive place to start that journey.
Participants who join Women’s Process Group can expect
This group is different from traditional therapy because the work happens right here, in the moment, between us. Instead of only talking about the relationships in your life, you’ll actually get to practice new ways of connecting with the other women in the room. You’ll start to notice what comes up in your body, whether it’s a flutter of anxiety, an urge to withdraw, a spark of curiosity, or the warmth that comes with feeling seen. Those sensations often have something important to say about your patterns, your fears, and what you’re longing for in your relationships.
What makes this process so powerful is that you get to try something new in real time, with support and gentle feedback right there with you. Over the 12 weeks together, you may find yourself expressing needs you’ve kept buried, setting boundaries that feel calm and steady, or staying present during moments of tension instead of shutting down. You’ll also explore what it feels like to show up as your whole, authentic self without shrinking or overperforming. These are not just skills you pick up once and forget. They become ways of being that you practice in the group and eventually bring into the relationships and spaces that matter most in your life.
Jewish Community Experience
As a proud member of the Orthodox Jewish community, I bring both personal understanding and professional experience to my work with Jewish clients. From the very beginning of my career, I found myself working closely within different Jewish communities, and those experiences shaped the way I approach therapy. Over time, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the cultural nuances, values, and unspoken expectations that can show up in our lives and sometimes make the therapeutic process feel complicated. Being able to recognize these layers allows me to meet clients with the kind of sensitivity and grounding that feels familiar rather than foreign.
My work has connected me with individuals from a wide range of Jewish backgrounds, and each relationship has strengthened my commitment to offering care that fully respects a person’s religious and cultural identity. I understand how important it is to feel safe enough to explore personal struggles without having to explain or justify the world you come from. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood, so you can navigate your challenges and growth with clarity and confidence.
