Lynn Zakeri's style
🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 👂 Listener 🥇 EmpoweringWhy Lynn Zakeri chose to be in the helping profession
I start where you are. I am an excellent listener and I am an expert at putting puzzle pieces together to figure out what is behind your struggles. I have good advice when asked, I have strategies when useful, and I have a lot of wisdom to guide you when you are on the right path. I am very easy to connect with. I have associates with availability and flexibility. We are smart, we work hard, and we prioritize everyone. Each of our clients often feel like "our favorites" because we are truly client-centered and your wants are our wants.
Lynn Zakeri's approach
I feel that my strengths lie in my ability to make connections and foster a warm relationship, even with those who are apprehensive. This is because of the improvements and benefits seen almost immediately. Whether you have anxiety and worry, are feeling sad or depressed, or just want some help setting and reaching goals, I will meet you where you are and help you move forward. I connect well with my clients—men, women, teens, and children—and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns.
What you can expect from sessions with Lynn Zakeri
You will leave feeling better each time we meet. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, and a basis in attachment theory, I have worked successfully with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. My style is practical, focusing a lot on coping mechanisms and strategies, but also warm and engaging. Some of my strengths include really seeing who you are, being authentic, and moving at your own pace toward progress.
