Tuvia Blau's style
🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 💡 Solution-oriented 🥇 EmpoweringWhy Tuvia Blau chose to be in the helping profession
I chose to step into the coaching profession because I’ve lived through the pain of feeling disconnected—from others, from myself, and from the life I knew I was meant to live. At different points, I felt lost, silenced, or emotionally overwhelmed. But through deep personal work, faith, and transformation, I found a way through—and now I’m committed to helping others do the same.
In my life coaching work, I guide people who are ready to move past limiting beliefs, self-doubt, anxiety, and indecision. My clients come to me when they feel stuck or unfulfilled, and together we find clarity, confidence, and a path forward that aligns with who they truly are.
For those experiencing parental alienation or family estrangement, my calling is even more personal. I understand first-hand the ache of disconnection from a child or loved one, the confusion, and the grief. I became a coach to be a lifeline for those navigating these heartbreaking dynamics—because healing is possible, and relationships can be repaired with the right mindset, tools, and support.
Tuvia Blau's approach
My coaching is grounded in mindfulness, purpose, and practical transformation. I combine deep empathy with a structured, results-driven process that guides clients from emotional survival to empowered growth. This is not just about talking through challenges—it’s about gaining real tools and techniques to overcome them and build the life you truly want.
Whether we’re working on personal goals, emotional regulation, or repairing strained relationships, I help you reconnect with your inner voice, shift negative mindsets, and take aligned, meaningful action. I use my signature Mindset Shift Blueprint™, a 6-step framework designed to help you break the cycle of fight-or-flight and step into clarity and calm. Together, we’ll work on becoming present, observing your experience without judgment, gaining perspective, clarifying your desires, aligning your actions, and moving past fear. This process builds resilience and helps you create a life rooted in confidence, purpose, and peace.
For clients navigating parental alienation or family estrangement, my approach centers around three integrated areas of transformation: first, we focus on self-reflection and confidence-building, helping you regulate your emotions, shift your mindset, and cultivate the inner strength needed to lead with love instead of fear. Next, we move into perspective shifting, learning to understand the dynamics at play and view the situation—and your loved one—with empathy and clarity. Finally, we work on communication and trust-building, developing skills for setting boundaries, validating emotions, asking the right questions, and rebuilding connection with consistency, patience, and courage.
While many therapists and coaches focus on the "what" and the "why", my coaching is centered on the "how." How do you become unstuck? How do you move forward with clarity and grace? How do you become the best version of yourself?
Our time together is focused, actionable, and empowering. You’ll leave each session with new insights and practical tools—building a personalized toolbox that supports growth in every area of your life and every relationship you value.
What you can expect from sessions with Tuvia Blau
You can expect to feel safe, seen, and empowered from the very first session. Together, we’ll identify where you are, where you want to go, and what’s holding you back. From there, we’ll begin to dismantle those blocks—step by step—using a powerful combination of mindset work, emotional regulation tools, and real-life strategies that lead to lasting transformation.
In life coaching sessions, we’ll clarify your values and goals, dissolve limiting beliefs, and build your confidence from the inside out. You’ll strengthen your communication, reduce stress and overwhelm, and begin taking consistent, aligned action toward a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
In parental alienation and family estrangement coaching, we start by focusing inward—helping you heal, regulate your emotional responses, and gain clarity before reaching out. Then, we work on mastering the most effective tools for reconnection: validating your loved one’s experience, asking open and safe questions, and rebuilding trust through consistent, compassionate communication. The goal is to shift from a place of pain and powerlessness to one of purpose and possibility—so that when the opportunity to reconnect arises, you’re truly ready.
My role isn’t to fix you—it’s to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, resilience, and capacity for change. With the right guidance, mindset, and tools, your life—and your relationships—can be transformed!
Tuvia Blau's experience working with the Jewish community
My journey working with the Jewish community began seven years ago when I was introduced to an incredible organization called Broken Ties, which supports frum families navigating the heartbreaking challenges of parental alienation and family estrangement. What started as professional coaching work quickly became something much deeper. I wanted to better understand the values, language, and spiritual frameworks that were so central to the people I was helping—so I sought out a Rabbi to guide me.
We began learning Chumash together. I didn’t set out to become religious—but somewhere along the way, I fell in love with Torah. What unfolded was an unexpected and life-changing Baal Teshuva journey. As I was helping others in the Jewish community reconnect with their children, they were helping me reconnect with HaShem.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across the Jewish spectrum—supporting them in healing relationships, overcoming personal blocks, and finding clarity and strength in the midst of challenge. Whether in the realm of life coaching or family reconciliation, my work is infused with emunah, compassion, and a deep commitment to honoring each person’s path.
It’s been an incredible journey—one that continues to grow, deepen, and inspire me every day.
