The Group Circle
Working on YOU is the best investment you'll ever make.

The Group Circle's Purpose or Mission

You are powerful. And you are already taking intentional action in your life.

You have stood up for yourself in ways that felt incredibly scary. You have chosen growth when the easier path was right in front of you. You have invested in yourself, in your healing, and in becoming the fullest version of who you are. You are willing to have the hard conversations that others avoid, and you continue to build, nurture, and grow, even when the process is uncomfortable.

And still, there is a part of you that wonders.

I wish I could feel more present and grounded in my life.

You have done the therapy. You have read the books. You can name your patterns, trace them back to their roots, and explain exactly where they come from. Yet when it is time to fully step into your life, to speak up, raise your rates, set a boundary, trust yourself, or say what you truly think, something still holds you back. Because knowing has never been the problem.

The deeper work is not about collecting more insight. It is about learning how to embody what you already know. It is about feeling safe enough in yourself to take up space, trust your voice, and stay present when growth asks more of you. The discomfort you feel is not a sign that something is wrong. It is often the very thing that comes before expansion.

The Group Circle was created for this stage of the journey. It is a space for people who have done a great deal of inner work and are ready to move beyond understanding into lived experience. A space to practice showing up fully, connect with others doing the same, and build the grounded confidence that comes from real transformation.

The Group Circle is designed for

Everything you need to stay connected to the work and continue growing, month after month. This is not about quick motivation or temporary breakthroughs. It is about creating consistent practices, meaningful support, and real accountability so that the changes you're making become part of how you live.

Live Group Coaching & Q&A (2-3x per month)
Bring whatever you're currently navigating to a live Zoom call with Basya. Whether you're working through a challenge, celebrating a breakthrough, or feeling stuck in an old pattern, you'll receive real coaching in real time within a supportive community of women committed to growth. These calls are a place to be seen, challenged, encouraged, and reminded that you don't have to do this work alone. All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them or catch up if you can't attend live.

Daily Journaling Prompts
Transformation happens between the coaching calls, in the small moments when you choose to stay connected to yourself. Each day, you'll receive a thoughtful journaling prompt inside your member portal to help you reflect, process, and deepen your self-awareness. Your reflections are saved in one place, allowing you to look back, notice patterns, celebrate progress, and see how much has shifted over time. These daily touchpoints help keep the work alive and integrated into your everyday life.

Private Member Portal & Community
The Group Circle includes access to a private member portal where everything lives in one place: coaching call recordings, journaling prompts, course materials, and community discussions. More than a resource library, this is a space filled with women who are committed to doing their inner work with honesty and intention. There is something powerful about being witnessed by others who understand the journey. The connections, reflections, and shared experiences within the community often become just as meaningful as the coaching itself.

Participants who join The Group Circle can expect

The Group Circle is not built around a rigid curriculum. The work meets you where you are, whenever you arrive. Each live call is shaped by what is most present for the women in the room and by the patterns, questions, challenges, and opportunities for growth that are ready to be explored. While every experience is unique, there are certain themes we return to again and again because they touch the core of how we move through our lives.

One of those themes is manifesting the life you want. Every desire is ultimately a longing for a state of being. Whether you want more money, a healthier relationship, greater confidence, a different career, or more fulfillment, underneath those goals is something deeper. What you are often seeking is the feeling you believe those things will give you: safety, freedom, worthiness, trust, peace, or presence. The work is not about endlessly chasing outcomes. It is about becoming the version of yourself who can access those states from within.

We also spend time exploring trust and safety in the body. Many women are moving through life with a nervous system that learned very early that safety was not guaranteed. Over time, that bracing can become control, perfectionism, anxiety, overthinking, and the inability to fully rest. Together, we explore where these patterns began, what they have been protecting you from, and what they may be costing you today. From there, we begin creating safety from the inside out and learning how to work with your nervous system rather than against it.

Another area we often move through is releasing shame from the body. For many women, their relationship with their body is not actually about food, weight, or appearance. It is about a deeper belief, often formed long before language, that they are somehow too much or not enough. Over time, that shame settles into the body and shapes how they carry themselves, how they relate to food, how they see themselves in the mirror, and how much space they allow themselves to take up. This work creates the possibility for something that has been carried for years, sometimes decades, to finally begin to loosen.

Reclaiming power, worth, and the right to want is another common theme. Scarcity, over-giving, discomfort around receiving, and the inability to charge what you are worth or ask for what you need are rarely just practical problems. More often, they are rooted in deeper beliefs about agency, value, and deservingness. Together, we trace these patterns back to their source and work with them where they actually live. As your relationship with your own worth shifts, your external reality often begins to shift alongside it.

The way you love and allow yourself to be loved is another powerful area of exploration. The people-pleaser, the over-giver, the woman who struggles to ask for what she needs, or the woman who waits to be chosen often developed these patterns long before adulthood. We look at the attachment dynamics formed in childhood and how they continue to shape relationships today. Through that understanding, new possibilities emerge for deeper connection, healthier boundaries, and more authentic relationships.

We also explore voice, identity, and the end of comparison. Jealousy is information. Comparison is often misdirected longing. Rather than seeing these experiences as something to judge, we use them as doorways into understanding what you truly want and what may be preventing you from claiming it. Together, we uncover the stories, fears, and old identities that keep the comparison cycle alive and begin cultivating a deeper trust in your own path.

A favorite topic for many women is discovering their specific magic. This is the work of identifying what is uniquely yours, your particular way of seeing, creating, leading, connecting, and contributing to the world. Many women arrive having spent years minimizing, hiding, or apologizing for the very qualities that make them extraordinary. Together, we identify those gifts, experience them more fully, and begin the process of bringing them into the world with confidence rather than hesitation.

And finally, we focus on commitment and integration. The real work is not inspiration. It is integration. Breakthroughs matter, but lasting change happens when those breakthroughs become part of your everyday life. We anchor what has shifted so it does not fade when the call ends. You develop practices, structures, and commitments that support the person you are becoming. The goal is not to leave feeling inspired for a few days. The goal is to create something sustainable.

The shift often begins sooner than expected. Over time, many women notice meaningful changes in how they feel, how they carry themselves, and how they move through the world. They stop questioning whether they are good enough. They stop doubting what they already know to be true. Their relationships feel more connected and authentic. Their voice becomes clearer. Their confidence becomes more grounded. And perhaps most importantly, they begin to trust themselves in a way they never have before.

Jewish Community Experience

As a coach in the frum community, my work is grounded in a deep understanding of the values, challenges, and unique dynamics that shape our lives. I know that personal growth does not happen in a vacuum, and I approach coaching with an appreciation for the many roles, responsibilities, and expectations women are navigating every day. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported, while also being challenged to move toward the life you want for yourself. I bring honesty, warmth, and respect into each conversation, along with a strong belief in every woman's capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

I live in Clifton, New Jersey, and maintain an office in Monsey, allowing me to work with women in a way that feels personal, accessible, and connected to the communities we share. Whether we meet in person or virtually, I strive to build a relationship that feels safe, comfortable, and rooted in trust. Coaching is something I take seriously, and I am deeply committed to helping my clients gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, and navigate life's challenges with greater intention and self-awareness.

In addition to in-person sessions, I work with clients over Zoom, which has given me the opportunity to support women from a wide range of locations and backgrounds. No matter where we meet, my focus remains the same: to provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and the tools needed to create real, lasting shifts in everyday life. Together, we explore what is holding you back, uncover what is possible, and work toward meaningful change that feels aligned with who you are and the life you want to build.

If you'd like to learn more about me, my approach, and the work we can do together, I invite you to visit my website www.bkcoaching.com, and explore further. Finding the right coach is an important decision, and I believe it helps to get a sense of the person behind the work before taking that next step.
