I became a nutritionist because I am passionate about sharing the pleasure and delight that food can bring into people's lives. It's essential for me to help people recognize that food isn't an adversary, but a source of joy and a means to connect with others.

Most clients work with me for a minimum of 3 months, although many opt for 6-month intervals. Just as our habits weren't formed overnight, we can't expect them to change overnight.
