I chose to be in the helping profession because I have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I want to be a part of helping them reach that potential. I find great fulfillment in the work of assisting individuals in overcoming their challenges and seeing the positive changes in their lives as a result.
I also believe that the helping profession is a noble and rewarding one. It allows me to use my skills, knowledge, and compassion to make a difference in the lives of others. I feel privileged to be able to support and guide individuals on their journey toward growth and self-discovery. The ability to be a catalyst for change in someone's life is a powerful motivation for me.
Furthermore, I have a deep understanding of how personal issues and life circumstances can affect an individual's overall well-being, and I want to use my skills and knowledge to help them overcome these challenges. I believe that people can make positive changes in their lives and I am passionate about being a part of that process.
I am dedicated to helping hardworking individuals achieve a balance between their professional and personal lives to prevent burnout and illness. I empower them to tap into their inner selves and understand what brings them fulfillment and rejuvenation, thus helping them create a fulfilling and successful lifestyle. Additionally, I am passionate about helping individuals identify and overcome limiting beliefs and patterns learned during their formative years, breaking free from these constraints in order to live a fulfilling, productive, and successful life.
Menachem Bernfeld, Ms.Ed. CLC's approach
I utilize mindfulness and meditation, emotional regulation, and neuro-linguistic programming as my primary techniques to help individuals achieve balance and success in their lives.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a field of study that explores the relationship between language, the mind, and behavior. It is based on the idea that language and behavior are interrelated, and that by changing the way we use language, we can alter our thoughts and emotions, and ultimately change our behavior. NLP practitioners use techniques such as reframing, anchoring, and rapport-building to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. These techniques aim to reprogram negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and behaviors, and to help individuals develop more positive, resourceful states of mind.
