Chana Wolgel, Coach's style
💙 Warm 💪 Challenging 👂 Listener 💡 Solution-oriented 🌎 Holistic 🧘 CalmWhy Chana Wolgel, Coach chose to be in the helping profession
I chose this work because I’ve always been drawn to understanding the deeper layers of human emotion and why people feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. Over the years, I realized that most people carry unresolved experiences that quietly shape their lives, yet very few know how to access or release them. Seeing this gap—between what people deeply want and what they feel able to reach—made me want to offer a path that creates real, lasting change. I was also moved by watching how much relief and transformation is possible when someone is truly seen, heard, and guided with clarity. This work allows me to combine intuition, emotional intelligence, and practical tools to help others reconnect with themselves in a profound way. It feels like a calling more than a profession—something I’m meant to do. And nothing is more meaningful to me than witnessing someone step out of old limitations and into a life that finally feels like theirs.
Chana Wolgel, Coach's approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change comes from addressing the deeper layers of the mind and emotions, not just surface-level behaviors or thoughts. I choose modalities like inner child work, shadow work, energy work, and subconscious reprogramming because they allow access to what is often invisible yet profoundly shapes our lives. My goal is to help people uncover the blocks, beliefs, and patterns that silently dictate their experiences, and to create a process that supports true, long-term transformation. I work intuitively, following what each person uniquely needs, while holding a clear structure and intention toward healing and growth. For me, coaching isn’t about telling someone what to do—it’s about creating a space where clarity, self-understanding, and inner freedom naturally emerge. The approach is designed to combine insight, embodiment, and action, so that shifts inside the mind and heart ripple outward into real life. At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect with their own power, potential, and capacity to create the life they want.
What you can expect from sessions with Chana Wolgel, Coach
In our sessions, you can expect to access clarity about your inner world in a way you likely haven’t before. Together, we uncover the deeper block—emotional, energetic, or subconscious—that has been quietly shaping your patterns, choices, and experiences. You’ll be guided through feeling and releasing what has been stored, but in a structured and supported way that creates movement rather than overwhelm. You will learn, in real time, how to shift out of old emotional states, integrate new perspectives, and expand your capacity for healthier experiences. Each session leaves you with a clearer mind, a calmer body, and an understanding of yourself that continues to unfold outside of the session. Over time, clients notice both inner shifts and tangible changes in their relationships, goals, and life circumstances. This work is meant to create lasting transformation, not temporary insight.
Chana Wolgel, Coach's experience working with the Jewish community
I have had the privilege of working with members of the Jewish community across different backgrounds and life stages, supporting them in healing, growth, and transformation. I understand the values, traditions, and cultural nuances that are meaningful within the community, and I integrate this awareness into my sessions in a respectful and supportive way. Many clients appreciate that my work honors their spiritual and cultural context while also addressing deep emotional and subconscious patterns. I have helped people navigate challenges around identity, relationships, self-worth, and life purpose in a way that feels grounded, safe, and aligned with their beliefs. My approach combines universal healing principles with sensitivity to Jewish thought and practice, creating a space where clients feel understood and fully supported. For those seeking change that respects both their inner world and their heritage, this work offers clarity, release, and lasting transformation.

- The seven spiritual laws of success by Deepack Chopra
Hashem created the world, the physical elements, and each of us, and He gave us so many tools meant to support us. This book gives a fresh, meaningful way to see and experience how everything around us really works - It didn’t start with you by Mark Wolynn
Not everything we carry is ours. Not every thought or experience comes from our own inner world. Even if we’ve reinforced certain beliefs or behaviors over time, they didn’t always start with us. And exploring them can teach us a lot about who we are and what we actually need - The surrender experiment Michael Singer
If there’s one thing I took from this book is that god is trustworthy. A brand new feeling at the time. This book is an easy read, a man’s story and he brings in the most beautiful perspectives that are easy to let in, as they are given over through story telling

What people have to say about working with me:
-
“Chana has an incredible gift for uncovering the deeper blocks and limiting beliefs that I didn’t even realize were holding me back. For the first time, I truly felt seen and understood in a way I never had before. That sense of safety allowed the most authentic part of me to finally emerge. Since working with her, I’ve been able to release the weight I struggled with for years—and it feels effortless in a way I never thought possible.”

I’ve known Chana for two years and have recommended many clients her way. We met through mutual friends and I was struck by her deep intuition and capacity to help others. She has a way of being able to see exactly the root cause of a persons struggle and a clear path how to help them move through it with grace. By the time the session is over, the client has shifted their identity in a way that creates lasting change. She is open to feedback and is always striving to become better through outside perspectives.

Working with Chana has been the first time that I’ve actually enjoyed therapy and found it useful for my personal mental health and growth. A session with her feels like talking to a friend who helps you move from understanding (the rationalization) to actually experiencing healing. She provides a safe space, and what I love most is how she’s guided me through my feelings with not only kindness but science; I’ve been able to be more present, aware and patient with myself. I’d absolutely recommend working with Chana
