Chana Wolgel, Coach's style
💙 Warm 💪 Challenging 👂 Listener 💡 Solution-oriented 🌎 Holistic 🧘 CalmWhy Chana Wolgel, Coach chose to be in the helping profession
I chose to be in the helping profession because healing found me long before I ever named it or pursued it. For a long time I carried things I didn’t have language for, patterns and emotions and beliefs that were never truly mine. When I finally learned how to release them, my entire inner world shifted and I began to understand how many people are walking through life with unprocessed pain shaping their choices, relationships, and sense of self. That moment of clarity became the beginning of my path.
My work is my purpose. I help people come back to themselves, uncover what has been silently running their life, and release what feels impossible to move on their own. I do this because I know the feeling of being unseen or overwhelmed, and I know the disconnection that happens when your own power feels far away. I also know the freedom that comes when you return to yourself with honesty, compassion, and a willingness to heal.
Supporting others through this kind of transformation is not just my profession. It is my calling, my devotion, and the truest expression of who I am and how I want to show up in the world.
Chana Wolgel, Coach's approach
I believe in healing because I believe in the structure of the universe itself. Teshuva was created before the world, which tells me that repair and transformation were woven into existence from the very beginning. We are built with the capacity to return, to soften, to grow, and to change. Healing is not a miracle reserved for a few. It is the natural direction the soul is always trying to move toward.
I work with the subconscious mind because that is where real change takes root. So much of what shapes your emotions, choices, and relationships is not happening on the surface. It lives in the deeper material your body remembers even when your mind has forgotten the details. And the surprising truth is that these core imprints are often far more accessible and shiftable than people imagine. When you learn how to reach the places that quietly guide your life, the changes you have been longing for become possible in a grounded and lasting way.
What you can expect from sessions with Chana Wolgel, Coach
You can expect a listening ear and an honest, straightforward conversation. I help you see yourself with more clarity, including the way you operate, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what has been happening beneath the surface until now. Together, we begin to make sense of things in a way that feels clear, grounded, and relieving. My goal is for you to walk away feeling understood and more connected to what is actually going on inside you.
From there, I guide you step by step through a process that is simple and direct. You will be supported, held, and shown how to release what has been keeping you stuck or unable to move forward. We focus on practical change that you can feel, not just insights that fade over time. The work is gentle but powerful, and it helps you create shifts that are real, lasting, and aligned with who you want to become.
Chana Wolgel, Coach's experience working with the Jewish community
I have worked with the Jewish community for many years, and I genuinely understand the emotional, cultural, and spiritual layers that come with being Jewish. The family dynamics, the expectations, the values, the pressure, and the depth are all part of the world I know well. People do not feel the need to translate their experience or soften what they are saying. They can arrive as they are because I already understand the context they come from.
My work brings together emotional healing and a sincere respect for Jewish thought and the way our sources speak about the soul. For many clients, this creates a sense of familiarity and safety. The healing does not feel separate from their life, their identity, or their relationship with God. It becomes a process that fits who they are at their core and honors the spiritual framework they live with.

- The seven spiritual laws of success by Deepack Chopra
Hashem created the world, the physical elements, and each of us, and He gave us so many tools meant to support us. This book gives a fresh, meaningful way to see and experience how everything around us really works - It didn’t start with you by Mark Wolynn
Not everything we carry is ours. Not every thought or experience comes from our own inner world. Even if we’ve reinforced certain beliefs or behaviors over time, they didn’t always start with us. And exploring them can teach us a lot about who we are and what we actually need - The surrender experiment Michael Singer
If there’s one thing I took from this book is that god is trustworthy. A brand new feeling at the time. This book is an easy read, a man’s story and he brings in the most beautiful perspectives that are easy to let in, as they are given over through story telling

What people have to say about working with me:
-
“Chana has an incredible gift for uncovering the deeper blocks and limiting beliefs that I didn’t even realize were holding me back. For the first time, I truly felt seen and understood in a way I never had before. That sense of safety allowed the most authentic part of me to finally emerge. Since working with her, I’ve been able to release the weight I struggled with for years—and it feels effortless in a way I never thought possible.”

I’ve known Chana for two years and have recommended many clients her way. We met through mutual friends and I was struck by her deep intuition and capacity to help others. She has a way of being able to see exactly the root cause of a persons struggle and a clear path how to help them move through it with grace. By the time the session is over, the client has shifted their identity in a way that creates lasting change. She is open to feedback and is always striving to become better through outside perspectives.

Working with Chana has been the first time that I’ve actually enjoyed therapy and found it useful for my personal mental health and growth. A session with her feels like talking to a friend who helps you move from understanding (the rationalization) to actually experiencing healing. She provides a safe space, and what I love most is how she’s guided me through my feelings with not only kindness but science; I’ve been able to be more present, aware and patient with myself. I’d absolutely recommend working with Chana
