Bitachon Group's Purpose or Mission

I’ve always believed that Hashem runs the world, and for a long time that was the anchor I tried to hold on to. But on a personal level, I struggled to feel that He was actually happy with me. I often found myself trying to stay out of His way, hoping not to mess up or disappoint. It was a quiet, constant tension inside me, even as I held on to my “faith.”

Then Hashem, in His endless kindness, arranged the upset that changed everything for me. It pushed me to look deeper, to understand my relationship with Him in a new way, and to begin healing those old beliefs. Along the way I learned things that opened my heart, softened my inner world, and helped me build real bitachon from the inside out. Now I am committed to sharing what I learned so that other women can experience this kind of shift too.

I run a free weekly coaching group for women who want to grow in bitachon, explore their inner worlds, talk about what is on their minds, and do the work together in a warm and supportive space. We meet every Wednesday at 9:30 AM on Zoom, and each week is an opportunity to understand ourselves more honestly and strengthen our connection with Hashem in a grounded, practical way. If what you’ve read speaks to you, you are invited to join us exactly as you are. There is no cost right now to participate. Bitachon Group is designed for

This group is for women who want to grow in bitachon and also feel ready to explore their inner worlds in a real and grounded way. We talk about what is on our minds, what is coming up for us during the week, and what it means to do this work together instead of feeling alone with it. The space is meant to be honest and supportive, where each woman can show up as she is and find her own next step. My hope is that it feels like a place where growth is possible and where the process itself becomes something we walk through together.

The group is source based, drawing from classic bitachon teachings along with modalities that help us understand ourselves from the inside out. I bring in tools from IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and other up to date approaches that support healthy emotional and spiritual growth. The blend of these sources creates a gentle but meaningful structure that guides our conversations and practices. Together we build a space where the wisdom of our tradition and the wisdom of the body can meet in a way that feels accessible and real.

What You Can Gain From Joining the Bitachon Group

The Bitachon Group is for women who want a calmer, more God-centered way of living, where trust becomes part of everyday life. It offers a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself, with Hashem, and with the parts of you that want to feel steadier and more supported. Many women find that simply showing up each week helps them feel more grounded, more present, and more intentional about how they move through their days. The group is warm, honest, and focused on creating a space where growth feels possible and gently guided.

Members can look forward to experiencing a closer and more personal relationship with Hashem, one that feels connected and real in the small moments of daily life. There is also an emphasis on emotional grounding, helping women carry life with more calm, clarity, and confidence. The group offers support through change and uncertainty, giving each person a space to process what they are going through and stay centered as they navigate transitions. Over time, many women notice that they feel more present, more intentional, and more aligned in how they use their time and energy.

Another meaningful aspect of the group is the community itself. It brings together growth-minded women who show up honestly and uplift one another through shared experience, conversation, and reflection. This sense of connection often becomes a source of strength and comfort throughout the week. Women also learn tools that help them show up with more warmth and steadiness for themselves and their families, allowing the inner work done in the group to naturally ripple into their homes, relationships, and daily choices.

Jewish Community Experience

I am a coach in the frum community, and the work I do is grounded in a deep understanding of our values, our challenges, and the unique dynamics that shape our lives. I live in Clifton, NJ, and I also maintain an office in Monsey, which allows me to meet women where they are and support them in a way that feels personal and accessible. Coaching is something I take seriously, and I approach each client with honesty, respect, and a genuine belief in their ability to grow. My intention is always to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood.

I also work with clients over Zoom, which has opened the door for women from many different places to connect and do meaningful work together. No matter the setting, I aim to bring clarity, compassion, and practical guidance into our sessions so you can make real shifts in your day to day life.
