💙 Warm 👂 Listener 🥇 Empowering 🌎 HolisticWhy Solomon (Shlomo) Berezin chose to be in the helping profession
My introduction to self-improvement marked the beginning of a transformative journey. It started with small, personal victories—breaking bad habits, and learning to see life with a more open and flexible perspective. As these changes took hold, I began to feel a strong pull to share the insights and tools that had helped me grow. It became clear to me that life doesn’t need to be a constant grind. Yes, hard work has its place, but there are healthier, more efficient ways of living that lead to far better results than sheer effort alone.
My background as a college basketball player also played a significant role. On the court, I learned the value of focus, discipline, and that elusive state of flow—where everything just clicks, and you're operating at your best. As my own healing journey continued and I deepened my spiritual growth, I became increasingly interested in the "athlete zone"—that place of peak performance not only physically but mentally and emotionally. The more I tapped into that state, the more I wanted to help others do the same.
Now, it’s my passion to guide others toward discovering their own version of this optimal state. Whether it's finding flow in daily life or uncovering healthier ways to approach challenges, my goal is to help others experience life from a place of ease and alignment.
Solomon (Shlomo) Berezin's approach
My coaching style is deeply influenced by how I was encouraged to grow. Growing up, I was always full of questions, constantly seeking advice and perspectives from the people around me. While I valued the input I received, it often left me feeling overwhelmed, flooded by a sea of opinions and unsure of how to sift through them. I struggled to consult my own heart and trust my decisions.
That experience shaped how I now guide my clients. My primary goal is to empower them to trust themselves. I offer information, guidance, and tools to support their journey, but at the heart of my approach is the belief that each individual holds the answers within. My role is to help them access that inner voice—to listen, trust, and make decisions that are true to themselves. The growth process is deeply personal, and my mission is to provide a safe space where clients can cultivate that trust in themselves.
What you can expect from sessions with Solomon (Shlomo) Berezin
Our sessions will begin with us getting to know each other and establishing a strong foundation of trust. We’ll explore what kind of support you're seeking and work together to define a clear vision for your growth. This vision will act as our guiding light, helping to prevent relapses into old habits and ensuring that you're moving forward in a sustainable way.
Together, we’ll examine your daily and weekly routines, placing special emphasis on nutrition—both physical, mental, and spiritual. I believe that true nourishment goes beyond food, extending into the thoughts you entertain, the environments you inhabit, and the spiritual practices that uplift you.
As we move through this journey, we’ll regularly review your progress, celebrating wins and reassessing challenges as they arise. My role is to listen closely and provide personalized guidance, always attuned to your unique needs. Ultimately, these sessions are about helping you grow in a way that feels right for you, with support every step of the way.
Solomon (Shlomo) Berezin's experience working with the Jewish community
I’ve had the privilege of working with several Jewish clients, which has given me a deeper understanding of the unique cultural and spiritual dynamics within the community. In addition to one-on-one sessions, I’ve also had the opportunity to speak to Jewish groups, leading them through meditations and offering guidance that aligns with their values and beliefs.
These experiences have allowed me to tailor my approach, respecting the traditions and sensitivities of the Jewish faith while helping individuals explore their personal growth and healing journey. I’m grateful for the chance to connect with this community and offer support that resonates on a meaningful level.

What my clients have to say about working with me:
-
From our very first meeting I could tell Solomon was the real deal. He has a deep knowledge of holistic health and it’s obvious he doesn’t only know how to convey wisdom and inspire others but also to live it. I also appreciate the spiritual lens he uses to convey particular ideas. Almost immediately I was able to change persistent bad habits that seemed immovable and deep-rooted for so long. He was and continues to be compassionate and supportive of my goals and I highly recommend Solomon for any holistic coaching needs.

He is an amazing, life-changing coach who helped me get through one of my challenges with mindfulness techniques, approaches, imagery of doing well, and coping strategies. His work, positive attitude, and unique focus with nutrition helped me gain perspective on the world in such a positive way. I definitely would not be where I am today without him.

Solomon has a great way of putting things into perspective for me. It’s not the ordinary perspective of the collective. But putting things in a perspective that resonates with me as an individual and highlights things that maybe I didn’t even notice about myself. The combination of his patience and knowledge allow him to teach and instill practices that, although simple, are very effective and garner results. I would highly recommend meeting with Solomon to any athlete or individual who is looking to grow from within. This can be done at any stage of life for any individual. I’m confident that Solomon is able to meet anyone exactly where they are in their life journey
