My approach to therapy centers around collaboration. I believe in co-creating goals with you because it's your sessions, your time, and your investment. Together, we'll identify specific goals to work towards, ensuring that therapy isn't a perpetual journey. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I find to be a valuable tool for addressing a variety of issues.
In addition to EMDR, I also offer a listening ear. Many clients simply need someone to talk to and problem-solve with. I view each session as an investment in your well-being, guiding you toward the place you want to reach. My commitment is to work alongside you to help you achieve your goals and make meaningful progress.
