Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Daily care that blends therapy and education for individuals transitioning from or seeking an alternative to inpatient treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Flexible therapy sessions for individuals balancing recovery with personal or professional responsibilities.
General Outpatient Program (GOP): Ideal for those with established sobriety who need ongoing support and maintenance.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment: Integrated care for individuals struggling with both addiction and mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD.

Our multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care.
