Jeanie Lee, LAMFT's style
๐ Holistic ๐ Spiritual ๐ง Calm ๐ค CollaborativeWhy Jeanie Lee, LAMFT chose to be in the helping profession
I was drawn to the helping profession through a deep curiosity about human suffering and resilience. I have always been interested in what happens beneath the surface and in understanding how our nervous systems, past experiences, and inner worlds shape the way we move through life. This curiosity continues to guide the way I show up in the therapy room, with openness, care, and respect for each personโs unique story. I believe that meaningful healing begins with feeling seen and understood, especially in the parts of ourselves that often go unnoticed or unspoken.
Therapy allows me to support people in making sense of their experiences, finding relief from overwhelm, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can slow down, explore patterns with compassion, and build greater connection to your inner world. Together, we work toward creating more steadiness, clarity, and resilience in everyday life. My goal is to offer a space where growth feels possible, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are.
Jeanie Lee, LAMFT's approach
Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and listen to the parts of you that have been asking for attention, sometimes softly and sometimes urgently. I believe that when we create space to pause and listen, we begin to understand ourselves in deeper and more compassionate ways. Whether you are feeling anxious, healing old wounds, or sensing a call toward a more authentic life, therapy offers a steady place to explore what is coming up beneath the surface. Our work together is centered on creating safety and trust so that change feels possible without rushing or forcing the process.
My style is grounded, curious, and trauma-informed, and I walk alongside you as we make sense of your inner world together. I support you in building emotional and nervous-system regulation while helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and capacity for self-trust. The process is collaborative and paced with care, allowing space for both insight and practical tools that support everyday life. Together, we work toward relief, clarity, and a way of living that feels more spacious, authentic, and sustainable over time.
What you can expect from sessions with Jeanie Lee, LAMFT
You can expect a blend of nervous-system based work and soul-level exploration. I believe meaningful healing happens when we attend to both the body and the deeper inner experiences that shape how we live and relate. By gently working with your nervous system, we create greater safety and regulation, which opens space for insight, clarity, and authentic growth. This integration allows change to feel grounded, embodied, and aligned with who you truly are.
Jeanie Lee, LAMFT's experience working with the Jewish community
I have over six years of experience working intimately with the frum and non frum community, and I approach this work with cultural humility, curiosity, and deep respect. I understand how tradition, family systems, community expectations, and intergenerational trauma can profoundly shape emotional well being and the way someone relates to themselves and others. These layers are often complex, carrying both strength and strain, belonging and conflict. I hold space for all of it with care and without assumption.
My aim is to create an environment where clients feel safe exploring both their connection to and tension within their Jewish identity. Whether someone feels deeply rooted, questioning, navigating change, or living somewhere in between, there is room for the full experience. There is no pressure to believe, perform, or conform in our work together. Instead, I support clients in clarifying what feels authentic and meaningful to them, while honoring the history and context that have shaped their story.
