Why Elizabeth Tabbouche, MS, RDN, CDN chose to be in the helping profession

I know how frustrating it can feel to do all the “right” things and still struggle with weight that won’t budge. For many people, weight management isn’t just about calories in and calories out. It’s about what’s happening beneath the surface—with hormones, blood sugar, and metabolism all playing a role. Early in my career, I focused on weight management, but I quickly noticed that hormone imbalances were often the missing piece. Having faced my own challenges with insulin resistance and PCOS, I understand firsthand how essential it is to address the root causes, not just the number on the scale.

Today, I help people achieve sustainable weight loss through personalized lifestyle changes, nutrition strategies, and GLP-1–supported plans. I focus on supporting hormones, energy, and overall long-term health, because real transformation isn’t just about shrinking your body. It’s about gaining confidence, balance, and freedom in your everyday life. My goal is to guide you toward a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself—one that lasts well beyond quick fixes or temporary results.

Elizabeth Tabbouche, MS, RDN, CDN's approach

I take a root-cause, science-backed approach to nutrition, focusing on why your body feels out of balance rather than just addressing the symptoms. My style is supportive, flexible, and personalized, so your plan fits seamlessly into your life. Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I make it a priority to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we uncover the strategies that truly work for you, creating a plan that feels manageable, realistic, and sustainable.

I specialize in weight and hormone health, helping you reach your goals without relying on fad diets or overwhelming restrictions. My focus is on building long-term results and a body that feels like the healthiest, strongest, and most vibrant version of you. By addressing the root causes and tailoring a plan specifically to your needs, I aim to make healthy living feel less like a chore and more like a natural, empowering part of your everyday life.

Elizabeth Tabbouche, MS, RDN, CDN's experience working with the Jewish community

I have experience working within our community as a weight loss health coach and creating diet plans for those on GLP-1 medications. I love blending my passion for nutrition with my connection to our community and Judaism. Our traditions are full of beautiful holidays, Shabbat meals, and smachot, all of which often come with plentiful food. I enjoy helping people navigate these occasions in a way that honors both their health goals and their values.

My goal is to provide the nutrition and hormonal education that I wish I had received in Jewish day school, giving members of our community the knowledge and tools to make informed choices. By combining education with practical guidance, I hope to help people build healthier habits, stronger bodies, and a more confident relationship with food—creating a foundation for a vibrant, thriving future.
