Burnout Workshop: Nervous System Reset
Event Description:
A workshop for men and women (all adults) who are dealing with burnout symptoms from overwork, recent lay off, who are in between jobs, or looking to realign. Connect with adults who get what you’re going through; which can be deeply regulating.
Co-led by Amanda Sacks & Avital Kranz, this virtual workshop offers practical tools for addressing burnout and building sustainable well-being.
This is for you if you notice burnout symptoms showing up in your daily life: impacting sleep, increasing stress or irritability levels, affecting focus and energy, physical symptoms, and creating strain in relationships outside of work.
