You notice that you are walled off from your feelings. It’s hard to connect to yourself and even harder to connect to other people. When asked what you want or what you feel, you have no idea. At times, you feel a deep emptiness, as if you’re hollow inside.
The only feelings you can identify are anxiety and depression.
When in a crowd, you feel lonelier than you do when you're by yourself. When things go wrong, you blame yourself so harshly that it’s downright mean.
It doesn't have to be this way.
Feelings serve as messengers. When you understand what they are telling you, you can experience a life that is empowered, comfortable and peaceful. .
