Sand Tray Processing Group
Event Description:
Sometimes the things we’re carrying are difficult to put into words. Sand tray offers another way to explore them.
This small, supportive group for women uses sand tray, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation to help you gain insight into the emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be shaping your life beneath the surface. By creating scenes in the sand, we often discover thoughts and feelings that the mind alone can’t easily access.
No artistic experience necessary- only a willingness to be curious about yourself.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, this group offers a safe and compassionate space for reflection, healing, and growth.
