Event Description:

Gentle Postpartum Program (GPP)

The Gentle Postpartum Program is a cohort-based course for women in their third trimester who are ready to prepare for postpartum with the same intention they’ve given to birth. Most moms walk into motherhood with a birth plan and no recovery plan. GPP closes that gap.

In GPP we go through core postpartum pillars - Support, Recovery, Nourishment, Mental Health, Partner, Community, and more. The program gives expecting mothers a personalized plan for the physical, emotional, and mental realities of the fourth trimester. Inside, you’ll find live weekly Zoom calls throughout pregnancy, postpartum support calls after baby arrives, a guided planning workbook, a private community of women walking the same season alongside you, and a curated baby gift box.

This isn’t about perfection or checklists for their own sake. It’s about entering motherhood feeling prepared, supported, and deeply cared for, instead of overwhelmed and alone.

Ideal for:
- first-time moms in their third trimester who feel ready for birth but haven’t yet built a real plan for recovery, support, and the emotional shift that comes after.
- moms who’ve been through a traumatic birth/postpartum and need guidance to ensure their postpartum is smooth, supported, and intentional.
