Tiferet Leah Hyman's style
💙 Warm 🙌 Affirming 🙏 Spiritual 🧘 CalmWhy Tiferet Leah Hyman chose to be in the helping profession
For over a decade, I worked closely with women and girls, teaching self-defense, helping them find their voices, and supporting them in building strong, healthy boundaries. That work was deeply meaningful to me, and I witnessed firsthand the strength people are capable of developing. Over time, though, I began to notice that for many, knowing what to do on the surface wasn’t always enough. There were often deeper emotional wounds, unconscious patterns, and internal blocks that made it harder to fully step into the strong, compassionate, grounded versions of themselves they were meant to become.
That realization shifted the direction of my work. I became deeply driven to understand what was happening underneath the surface, and why so many emotional struggles, physical symptoms, relationship dynamics, and life patterns seemed to be connected to something deeper. I came to understand that real, lasting change often requires working at the root level, not only addressing what is visible. That search led me to a Torah-aligned, rabbinically approved method of energy healing, rooted fully in the belief that Hashem is the true source of all healing.
In the summer of 2023, I became a certified practitioner, and since then my work has focused on helping people uncover and heal the deeper roots affecting their health, relationships, livelihood, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. I believe that when people do this deeper work, it doesn’t only shift their own lives, it creates a ripple effect that touches their families, relationships, and communities as well, helping them move toward greater clarity, strength, and alignment.
Tiferet Leah Hyman's approach
My approach is rooted in the understanding that many of the struggles people experience, emotional, physical, relational, or spiritual, can be connected to deeper unconscious patterns that have not yet been fully seen or addressed. I’ve found that when something keeps repeating in a person’s life, it’s often pointing to something deeper that’s asking to be understood. Rather than focusing only on surface-level symptoms, I work to gently uncover and address those underlying emotional, energetic, and spiritual roots that may be shaping a person’s experience in ways they’re not fully aware of.
My work is Torah-aligned and rabbinically approved, grounded in the belief that Hashem is the true source of healing, clarity, and transformation. I hold each person as a whole being, mind, body, emotion, and soul, and tailor the work to what feels most present and relevant for them in the moment. This allows the process to be both grounded and individualized, meeting people where they are rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Above all, my goal is to create a compassionate, grounded space where people can better understand what may be holding them back and begin moving toward greater healing, clarity, empowerment, and alignment in their lives.
What you can expect from sessions with Tiferet Leah Hyman
In our sessions, I use a root-focused three-step process that is designed to gently and clearly get to what’s really going on underneath the surface.
First, we work to identify the deeper root. This means uncovering the emotional, energetic, or spiritual patterns that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing. From there, we move into clearing what is no longer serving you, using a Torah-aligned, rabbinically approved method of energy healing to help address those deeper blocks in a focused and intentional way.
The final step is strengthening and integration. This is where we help your system settle into the shifts, reinforce healthier patterns, and support more lasting change over time. Because every person’s journey is different, each session is fully personalized, but the intention is always the same: to create deeper clarity, healing, and meaningful transformation in the areas of life most impacted.
Tiferet Leah Hyman's experience working with the Jewish community
My work within the Jewish community has taken many forms over the years, all rooted in a deep commitment to supporting healing, resilience, and spiritual growth. For over a decade, I taught empowerment and self-defense throughout Israel, helping people strengthen their boundaries, build confidence, and develop a deeper sense of personal strength. That foundation continues to inform much of how I understand resilience and the capacity people have to grow through what they’ve experienced.
Over time, my work expanded into broader communal and spiritual spaces, including speaking on panels, teaching Torah, leading Rosh Chodesh circles, and creating Jewish healing experiences centered around spirituality, embodiment, and deeper personal transformation. As a miluim wife living in Israel, my connection to the Jewish community is also deeply personal, and it shapes how I relate to faith, resilience, and the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges many people are carrying today.
Today, I work with Jewish women and men from diverse backgrounds who are seeking deeper healing, greater clarity, a stronger connection to Hashem, and meaningful transformation in their health, relationships, livelihood, and personal growth.
