Want to know a secret about me?
The last time I went grocery shopping was in 2011.
The fluorescent lights, endless decisions, the checkout-pack-load-unload-cycle...
I was ready to collapse before I even started making dinner.
And that was just one stop in the never-ending project of feeding a family that keeps getting hungry again.
So I stopped shopping...In person... and went online.
For the longest time I thought there was something wrong with me. Grocery shopping is not rocket science. How could something so "simple" feel so impossible??
I told myself I was lazy, spoiled, taking the easy way out when everyone else seemed to manage.
But actually, online shopping wasn't self-indulgent. It was the right ADHD support for me. And instead of feeling proud of myself for finding it, I felt ashamed.
Here's me at thirty-something - I'm smiling, but I'm also drowning in all the mess that I can never get on top of. I'm standing, but also feeling the weight of managing my home and family pulling me down.
And here's me with my growing family that just kept getting hungry again and again!
Here's what I now want my thirty-something, not-yet diagnosed self to know. It's also what I want YOU to know:
The online shopping, the cleaning help that keeps the chaos at bay, the exercise class you pay for so someone notices if you don't show up — that isn't frivolous spending. That's ADHD support.
And just like some people need glasses to see clearly, you deserve support without any guilt.
That young mother in the picture here 👆🏻, she's finally seeing clearly now. And that's what I wish for you too.
So if you're tired of:
- The mental exhaustion of having to feed your family, day after day after day
- Wondering why everyone else manages the laundry piles that you are drowning in
- Feeling stressed more than you feel alive
And you're ready:
- To learn what it takes to get twice as much done in half the time (with zero guilt)
- To get enough sleep and feed yourself well so you feel rested and energized
- To learn the exact structure you need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, and
- Shabbos prep as a mom with ADHD
- To bring your life to a state of relief, ease, and joy...
Then it's time we talked about working together. Book your breakthrough call to get the clarity that will help you take concrete steps forward today.
With love,
Alana
