Sand Tray Group for Women
Event Description:
What if you could slow down, turn inward, and begin to see yourself, and your life, from a whole new perspective?
This intimate women’s sand tray group is an invitation to explore the deeper layers of your inner world through the powerful, creative process of sand tray work.
Together, we’ll gently explore themes of self-worth, receiving, boundaries, limiting beliefs, relationships, and the stories that may be shaping how you see yourself and what you believe is possible for you.
Using the sand, miniature figures, objects, and your own intuition, you’ll create a visual representation of what’s happening beneath the surface. You don’t need to be an artist or know exactly what you want to work on. The process allows what may be difficult to put into words to emerge naturally.
This is a space to pause, listen inward, and become curious about the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you from fully receiving, trusting yourself, taking up space, or recognizing your own inherent worth.
