👂 Listener 💡 Solution-oriented 🥇 Empowering 🙏 SpiritualWhy Yehuda Bromberg, LCSW-C chose to be in the helping profession
I chose this path because I want to make a real, meaningful difference in people’s lives. In the helping profession, progress is not abstract—it is witnessing someone gain confidence, experience relief, or develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Seeing those moments of growth and transformation is deeply rewarding and reminds me of why I do this work every day. For me, offering compassion, guidance, and support is not just a profession; it is a way to live out my values and serve Hashem in a tangible and heartfelt way.
I approach each person I work with as a whole individual, understanding that real change often comes from a combination of insight, practical strategies, and consistent support. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate challenges and reach their potential. Every step forward, no matter how small, is meaningful, and being able to witness that journey is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I am committed to walking alongside each person with patience, empathy, and a deep belief in their capacity for growth.
Yehuda Bromberg, LCSW-C's approach
I believe our thoughts are incredibly powerful. The way we think can either hold us back or open the door to new possibilities and freedom. In my work, I combine proven CBT and TEAM-CBT strategies with a warm, supportive approach to help clients break free from negative thought patterns, build healthier habits, and feel more in control of their lives. I strive to make every session practical and actionable, ensuring that clients leave with tools they can apply immediately to real-life situations.
Whether we are focusing on emotional challenges, personal goals, or even nutrition choices, my goal is to guide you in a way that is both compassionate and effective. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes. Every person I work with has unique strengths, and my approach is designed to help you recognize those strengths while navigating obstacles with confidence and clarity. Together, we focus on progress that is meaningful, sustainable, and tailored to your life.

Yehuda Bromberg, LCSW-C's experience working with the Jewish community
I am certified in TEAM-CBT by Dr. David Burns (Level 3) and also have experience with the Three Principles approach developed by Sydney Banks. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving the Baltimore Jewish community in a variety of roles, each offering unique opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference. My work has included several years providing both individual and group therapy in school settings, where I focused on helping children build emotional skills, resilience, and confidence.
In addition, I have worked as an alcohol and drug counselor, supporting individuals and families through some of their most challenging struggles. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the strengths, values, and challenges within the Jewish community, and they continue to inform the way I connect with and support my clients today. I approach each person I work with with empathy, respect, and a commitment to helping them navigate life’s obstacles while building on their inherent strengths.
