🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 👂 Listener 🥇 EmpoweringWhy Leah Rosen chose to be in the helping profession
Some people choose a therapeutic modality, but in many ways EFT chose me. During a period of my life marked by several very close losses, I found myself searching for something that could help me move through the pain in a real and grounded way. I explored different healing approaches, trying to find something that would actually meet me where I was. Eventually, someone suggested EFT, and although the tapping felt unfamiliar and even a little strange at first, I was willing to try anything that might bring relief. To my surprise, it began to help in ways I did not expect.
As I continued with EFT, I started to experience gentle but profound shifts in my own healing. It opened my heart to what was possible when emotions that had been held in the body for years are finally given space to move and release. I began to understand how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen, heard, and supported through their emotional process. That personal experience changed the way I understood healing and deepened my trust in the process.
Today, it is a privilege to walk alongside others as they release fear, grief, and long-held patterns that no longer serve them. I support people as they reconnect with hope, resilience, and their own inner strength. This work is not just something I do professionally, it is a calling that grew out of my own lived experience. Every transformation I witness continues to remind me why I chose this path and why it matters so deeply to me.
Leah Rosen's approach
I chose to be in the helping profession because I understand what it feels like to carry pain quietly and long for someone to really see you. My own experiences with loss and life’s challenges led me to EFT, where I first discovered the gentle yet profound way it can help the heart and body release what has been held for too long. I was drawn to how simple it seemed on the surface, and how deeply it could shift something internally when practiced with care and presence. Over time, I came to trust its ability to create real emotional relief and meaningful change.
Through my own healing process, I learned how much shifts when a person feels truly heard, safe, and supported. That experience shaped the way I now hold space for others and deepened my understanding of what healing actually requires. I wanted to offer that same sense of steadiness and presence to people navigating their own pain. It became clear to me how powerful it is when someone is not rushed or fixed, but simply met where they are.
Being able to walk alongside people as they release fear, sadness, and old patterns, and reconnect with hope and inner strength, is a privilege I cherish deeply. I continue to be moved by the resilience I witness and the ways people begin to feel more like themselves again. Helping others heal isn’t just my work, it’s my calling. Each transformation I see reminds me why I chose this path and why it continues to matter so much to me.
What you can expect from sessions with Leah Rosen
In our sessions, we create a space that is safe, grounded, and supportive. You are not rushed and you are not pushed into difficult memories before your nervous system is ready. We begin by helping you feel steady and more regulated so there is enough internal safety to explore what is going on beneath the surface. From there, we move at a pace that honors your capacity, so the work feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
We use gentle, mind–body approaches, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), to uncover and release emotional patterns, early experiences, and subconscious beliefs that quietly shape your reactions and relationships. This work is not only about managing symptoms or coping better in the moment. It is about getting to the root of what is driving those patterns and creating space for real, lasting change from a place of safety and support. As those deeper layers begin to shift, people often start to feel more ease, even around things that once felt heavy or consuming.
Change can sometimes be noticed after just a few sessions. It is often subtle at first, but deeply meaningful, showing up as a shift in your internal relationship with what has been difficult. Over time, you may notice that challenges which once felt overwhelming begin to feel more manageable and less charged. The process can unfold quickly at times and more gradually at others, but it tends to feel steady and real as it develops.
As you progress, there is often a growing sense of clarity, self-trust, and resilience. You begin to develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and to relate to yourself and others in a more grounded way. My role is not to fix you, but to guide, support, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own capacity for healing and lasting change.
Leah Rosen's experience working with the Jewish community
Being part of the Jewish community has deeply shaped who I am as a healer. It has strengthened my connection to tradition, resilience, and the importance of continuity and connection across generations. These values inform the way I hold space, with an appreciation for both individual experience and the larger story someone carries. At the same time, I see all people as part of a shared human family and feel honored to work with individuals from any background.
In my practice, I support clients through grief, anxiety, emotional eating, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a gentle yet powerful approach that helps calm the nervous system while addressing the underlying emotional patterns that drive our struggles. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we work together to uncover and release the root causes beneath them. This can include early experiences, stored emotions, and subconscious beliefs that continue to shape present-day reactions in quiet but powerful ways.
Healing happens when a person feels supported rather than overwhelmed. I place emphasis on creating emotional safety and regulating the nervous system first, so clients can explore deeper layers at a pace that feels steady and contained. From that grounded place, it becomes possible to do meaningful inner work without becoming flooded or shut down. Over time, clients often begin to reconnect with their own resilience, clarity, and self-trust in a more consistent and embodied way.

What people have to say about working with me:
-
Leah is a thoughtful and compassionate practitioner with a strong ability to recognize the beliefs and emotional patterns that keep people stuck. I trained Leah in the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping methods I use in The Satisfied Self program and have seen her develop real skill and confidence in this work. She creates a safe and respectful space where people feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, including trauma, at their own pace. I’ve also received consistent feedback from my clients who have worked with her about the shifts they’ve experienced. Leah brings both sensitivity and clarity to the people she supports.
